We live beside a library but (now) own every single book he's written/illustrated. Brilliant watercolors and Floca's warm 3rd person narrative are a fantastic combination. I can't speak to the tastes of all children but mine loves this and if it's as embraced as his past books, I expect we'll all have it memorized in a month.

The book states it’s police job to “keep people safe.” The Supreme Court has ruled several times that police have no obligation or duty to protect people. Don’t teach your children cop propaganda.
