Dr. Baba Masha has made a project with about 3000 participants taking different microdoses of Amanita Muscaria for different issues. The first half of the book is about recipes for the preparation of mushrooms and the statistical analysis of questionnaires submitted by participants. The big number of psychical and physical issues are covered, with a percentage of a positive outcome, no response, or worsening of the condition. Also, unwanted events and side effects are covered in detail. None of the 3000 participants died or suffered any organ failure. The second half of the book is individual reports about the outcome of micro dosing procedure. I understand that some readers may complain about so many personal reports, but those reports are essential for giving the right picture of the value of this micro dosing procedure with AM.In summary. Good value for money. Recommended to everyone who would like to improve his life with natural microdose treatment.

Do not take this for science. Fact check against the studies mentioned. In particular, the study regarding lab mice injected with ibotenic acid, causing brain legions. The author implies ibotenic acid causing brain legions. In fact, the mice were injected with ibotenic acid DIRECTLY into their brains, causing brain legions. There is no evidence to suggest ingestion of ibotenic acid crosses the blood brain barrier and causing brain legions. There are many elder Siberian peoples who have used A. Muscaria without signs of brain legions. Additionally, there is No recipe recommending to use acid to complete the decarb process. The author fails to mention anything regarding acid in preparation to convert ibotenic acid to muscomol. I suggest joining the Amanita muscaria reddit group to see the scientific journals. I could go on.. ok, just a little . A. Muscaria being the Vedic 'Soma' is only a theory & The authors recipe for Milk Soma fails to mention lacto bacteria needed to decarb. I did find the cultural storyline interesting and the 'fact' that Russians consume it dried without further prep as their main way to consume the mushroom. This is counter to what W. Science has shown. That's pretty interesting. Goodluck!

Was thrilled to receive this after months of eager anticipation. Came on time as soon as it was available for distribution, maybe a day early actually. The results of the study documented in this text indicate profound results and an almost too good to be true feeling of promise and hope for this mushroom (or active constituents) in the future of mental health care *and* internal medicine. It's an easy read, translations are mostly accurate, helpful and inspiring testimonials from real people who had the courage or desperation to take a calculated risk on this beautiful wild mushroom. A known healer for centuries, yet published information or reliable resources/guidance on the safe use of Amanita Muscaria as natural medicine has been elusive to non existent until recently. This book is long overdue and I am so happy to have it and even happier to share it, as it's been on a neverending loan journey since the day I got and read it!
