Invaluable book if you are doing a major restoration project or just getting the MGF back on the road like me ! The book gives a detailed description of work you will need to complete on each task & also colour photos to show you exactly what is required. You will learn some useful new information I'm sure, about the MGF & also if there are any faults or problems in certain areas of the car which can be fixed. Roger the author is a very experienced technician who gives you info that even I can understand being a home (have a go) DIY man (can save you lots of garage costs) who has quite a good knowledge of engines & what car parts are needed. The book was delivered very quickly as stated so I could use it the same weekend for doing work on my wife's MGF (a bonus). In conclusion & overall review, the MGF & TF Manual is a very useful buy which you will use than once. Recommended. Thanks Mr Parker.

If anything, this book is too detailed, but that is good! I like the pictures in the Haynes manuals but this book has written explanations. I have already used is it a couple of times which has been very helpful, in conjunction with some online explanations. If you intend doing any work on your MGF or TF then you must buy a copy of this book.

Not a maintenance manual in the true sense of the word. Nothing like a Haynes manual or a workshop manual, but nonetheless full of hints and tips. A good read for any MGF/TF owner. There's lots on the history of the models and why the K series engine is prone to head gasket failure that other engines. There are tips on what to look for when buying and how to fix most niggles. But it won't tell you, for example, the location of a sensor if you needed to change one. For that, you would have to look at the workshop manual as Haynes don't do one.Still, I'm glad I bought it. It was a good coffee table read.

You need to make sure you have the MGF Workshop manual too. It's an awesome book that really helps and refers to the Workshop Manual. You might be think why not just get the Workshop Manual only, the reason t oget both is the Workshop Manual tells you each job in detail where this manual guides you to what jobs you need to do when something needs to be done and is for restoration.

Brilliant manual for any MGF enthusiast. Helped Hubby a good deal with his renovations and he's learnt a lot since using this only a few weeks ago.Would recommend this ( and other car models) if unable to get hold of a Haynes, as this model (MGF) is not catered for within their range. Easy to read and understand. and the illustrations are good too. All in A great all round manual
