    Tried pizza dough recipenice crisp crust with good chew.used a komado style bbq to get close to pizza oven heat. Have yet to try but he makes you thinki am experimenting like he suggests for pizza dough

    This is a fantastic book! I have gone through many sites and videos to learn how to create my own pizza from scratch at home, and finally decided to follow Chris' recipes and methods. The result is amazing! Our home made pizza is as ggod as it can get without a wood burning

    I was expecting a lot from this recipe collection, based on the reviews here at . The actual book failed to impress. Based on the photos (definitely no "drool factor" here) and the recipes I read thru, I didn't find anything appealing enough to try.

    I'm not sure what I expected as I was looking for a good Italian food book and picked up this one. This was exactly what I needed. Great recipes, low sugar the pizza dough has no sugar, just flour yeast, and slat so a very nice tasty dough. Also in the book there are lots of vegatable recipes I especially like the roasted veg ones. I you want a book you can follow every day for producing great meals and snacks this one is for me. Pizzas, Salads, Sandwiches, Pasta, Small Snacks, and Puddings its all here.This book is written by a guy who runs a restaurant out in Arizona so its pretty much the menu so all tried and tested on paying customers there;'s not a duff recipe in here. This would be a great book to match up with a diet as the food is not very sweet or oily just do a portion control diet.Best easy Italian cookery book I have ever owned.

    I was hoping for a book dedicated to pizza and this is really of an Italian cook book. The book is well written and entertaining as well as instructive. The recipes are good, if a little skewed to the American market. It's just not what I was expecting and not really what was advertised.

Apresenta diversas receitas(pizzas, massas, sanduíches, sobremesas) e, particularmente, sou fã de Chris Bianco, pela maneira como utiliza e respeita os ingredientes, valorizando produtos locais. Na minha opinião, a publicação só não merece 5 estrelas por não abranger um pouco mais as receitas relacionadas às pizzas, já que a Chris Bianco, em Phoenix, é uma pizzaria.
