Recently my husband was killed in a horrible accident. After the initial shock wore off, I searched for some supports and had read a few books on the subject of dealing with sudden loss. A friend recommended this book and I have found it to be the best resource I've seen to

Not a book you want to have to buy, but I found it useful when my husband died suddenly of a cardiac condition we didn't know he had. I bought the workbook too, but I gave it to my mother in law since the book seemed to cover what I needed.

Excellent! Lets you know you are OKAY, whatever way you feel at the time and that everyone is different ,coping with sudden death. Also tells you that the things you think of, others have too, and one is not going crazy. Excellent research and examples, personal ones too!

I still can not download it to my kindle, usually it just goes over now I have to call in a computer person to check it out, so I am a bit upset. I bought the kindle from so I would not have this problem, and voila problems.
