Love this book. Some great easy recipes that are a bit different from the usual and taste amazing. Lots of great ideas for vegetables that you can riff off. A few ingredients might be difficult to find outside a major city but you can find them online or find a substitute.

Great book. Tons of interesting recipes, simple to make and delicious to eat. One of her best (but they’re all great)

lots of variety and delicious meals. Nicely published. Great for gifts

From the Oven to the Table follows the familiar big flavours and ingredients as well as gorgeous photography present in Henrys other cookbooks but in all honesty, I found the approach much simpler with this book. A well stocked pantry and some good quality sheet pans,

Disappointed with this cookbook overall. Henry does not have the timing of the recipes dialed in. You have to at least add an additional 20 minutes to most recipes.
