    I was blown away with how well Fox was able to take complex concepts and to simplify them down in a very accessible and applicable manner If you play any kind of Tournament Poker this book is a must read

    I liked it it's good stuff and to the point The author goes through different stack sizes and what you should be looking to do I was already a prettygood short stack player and knew GTO shove ranges etc but this was good for my thinking in terms of what i should be looking to do below 5bb or 10 20 20 30 BBsMy only problem with the book is that it feels like the author could have put into telling you how wide to call shoves There's lots on what to shove and when to shove but when youre playing in tough fields everyone is doing that you need to know when to call importantly Author makes a few comments on this but I feel a chapter giving a bit guidance on that might have been very valuable to readersAll in all a good book and will help any microlow stakes player much better at short stack play

    Playing short stacked is the bread and butter of any tournament poker player and in this book Chris Wallace provides an interesting and somewhat alternative view on how to maximise value in some of the spots you will inevitably find yourself in sooner or laterThe book is short and sweet but packed with information and reflection points to study off the felt and integrate into your game I found the 0 5bb section which he names the value hunting zone especially enlightening as he presents his approach that counters the traditional push fold strategy and instead invites you to identify value by looking at the table and its dynamicsAs the title of the review says if you play tournaments live or online you must study this book and integrate its many nuggets of wisdom into your play Your win rate will thank you
