Fetch Your Copy Dancing On Their Tails Originated By Roger Wayne Wallace Conveyed In Pamphlet
you read the first page try your hardest not to imagine what his neighbor looks like unless you like puking in your mouth, I was asked by the author if I would like a free copy of their book for an honest review, I read what the book was about and was a bit intrigued, It was not the typical book I would read, romance, but I thought what the hell I will give it a try, I was warned before I read the book, by both the author and the area where you read what the book is about, that in the early chapters there is a lot of swearing, of course I didnt have a problem with that.
There are parts in this story you cant help but laugh at if you are twisted like me, Enter Evil Smile Here, “Its, like, a mustard puke color, We need, like, a gray
puke color, ” The Author of this wondrous story told me a lot of people would and/or did get offended by some of the things written in this story.
The parts
where people would get offended I find hilariously freaking funny as all hell, Oh I loved this book, Thank you Roger Wayne Wallace for asking me to read it! If you ever come out with another story like this one dont forget to ask me again! This book is a book is beyond.
. Well if I ever think of the word I am looking for I will edit this review, Oh and one last thing if you are one of those people that is Besties with God I would walk away now,
This was an interesting read, This was different from what I normally read but I do enjoy different genres and hate missing out on a good read just because it belongs in a different genre.
So that being said. I have to say I throughly enjoyed this book, Yes at first its kinda on the rough side but the point is to read and watch a person grow into his own,
I think most of us have a battle that we face with politics, religion just life in general and that is true about the character in this book Bruno.
I don't want to give out any details but for it to have fishing in it detailed at that I believe both male and female can enjoy this.
It's heartbreaking and uplifting at the same time, Although sometimes I didn't care for some comments in the book I can look past it and it doesn't take away from the story, Love free speech and respect it,
I would recommend this book to my friends to read because I believe in it and I believe in most cases it can help someone go in the direction of life that was intended for them.
We all have a place that is special and Bruno is no different,
We all are searching for something in life, sometimes we find it and sometimes we overlook it and it was there the whole time.
Please do yourself a favor, If you love reading then you will like this book, I would like to thank the author Roger Wayne Wallace for giving me the opportunity to read 'Dancing on Their Tails' in exchange for an honest review.
Bruno Papazzi is a very angry man, He was angry at his neighour, Secretary, God and the customers at his plumbing business, The only time that Bruno wasn't angry is when he went on his annual fishing trips, It is during these fishing trips that Bruno starts to learn about friendship, God and himself,
As angry as Bruno was, I did rather like his character, I could relate to quite a few things that made Bruno angry and parts certainly had me laughing, As well as the humour, there were some quite sad parts, I am not going to go into the sad parts, as I do not want to spoil the story for others, I enjoyed reading about the fishing trips, I know nothing about fishing, so the story taught me a thing or two where fishing for trout was concerned, Having been to Kamloops a number of year's ago and seen the lakes, it was so easy to imagine myself there again but this time with Bruno and his friends.
I liked the short chapters and overall, this was an excellent novel, One in which I would certainly recommend! OK, there is a fair amount of cursing at the beginning, but nothing that would have put me off from reading this book.
Is God fair Bruno Papazzi doesn't think so, If fact he's pretty pissed off about the whole idea, It is especially during his annual fishing trip to Wheeler Lake Lodge with his buddies that it becomes clear that God is just playing with people.
His people. Unfairly. What with God killing off his fishing buddies and then sending him a jellybellied next door neighbor to torment him with his childish, suburban property line wars.
Is God fair Bahahahaha. To Bruno, not only is God not fair, but his parenting of humans is absurd, Sure, Bruno has his own issues, Who doesn't He's just a bit obsessive, a bit opinionated and perhaps even a bit too judgmental, Well who wouldn't be with the idiotic clients he has, with his wacko neighbor, and frankly with just the everyday stupidity he has to deal with.
Silently Bruno is in a constant struggle to understand the frivolity of a God who seems more interested in tormenting him than in helping him.
Ultimately however, this is the story of how life's unexpected pain and pleasure guided one man's journey to peace, I was given a free eBook in exchange for an honest review and rating, This book has a little something for everyone, It has made me laugh out loud, it has made me angry and it has made me ask myself some very interesting questions, I thoroughly enjoyed reading it and exploring the relationships between the different characters, which Roger Wayne Wallace has captured in a way that I could easily connect to.
Great book. Highly Recommended. Enjoy this book immensely.
The characters and storyline are strong and funny,
I liked it and so will you, I have just won a copy of this book via goodreads first reads programme and will update this review once I've received and read it.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book it held my interest from start to finish,
I highly recommend it! So I am finally done with book "Dancing on Their Tails" amp its really satisfying to know that yes someone exists in this world too who establishes that fact that we "share world with Idiots".
Bruno as described in the book summary, never came across like a very angry man to me, He is opinionated but logical judgemental but kind hearted he is everything most of us are, Polite enough to greet and bear with people we don't like, curious to know why some people are what they are, He has his own depth where he appreciates beauty of sadness, calmness in busy life amp above all, his friends and their love for him.
The language in book is so casual amp yet crude, it make Bruno easily relatable, He is having a dialog with you because he knows you'll understand him or atleast will make an attempt to understand, While lots of books offers a plot twist, a fearful situation to be overcome or a happy ending after struggleful period, "Dancing on Their Tails" simply offers the comfort of not being a misfit in this not so perfect world where people pretend everything is so perfect.
It offers a deep companionship in the pain of the past amp contentment that by simply being what you are, the purpose of existence is being fulfilled.
Bruno has his own moments of griefs amp guilt but he makes his peace with them to turn around a throw a witball, Bruno has his faith in goodness amp empathy rather than blindly following rules of society, The detailed description of annual fishing event gives away his love for fishing amp moments of solitude, So, as Bruno's would have said it, may be with his subtleties:
I share world with idiots coz people are unnecessarily rude amp mean
I share world with idiots coz they don't appreciate what they have, or may be appreciate too much to show off
I share world with idiots coz these idiots loves too much even after being dealt with the toughest cards
I share world with idiots but I respect these idiots amp love few of them
So far, it has been the kind of book that I would love to read with a nice hot cup of coffee while wrapped up in blanket when it rains cats amp dogs outside, sitting by fireplace.
I found it that soothing, The book, as I can define, is a structured chain of thoughts that reviews current issues with an attempt to find the answers or life's few daily quest amp to make peace with those for which no answer can be found.
I would give it astar amp not/because it only gives a glimpse of focused part, While having a conversation with self, you bearly stay focused, Also, because he somehow seemed forced to get resolved within theyears of time that is being shared, but it feels like lot of life is being kept out of focus.
I would not give it aorstar, because I like the way he made his peace with his losses amp his hilarious description of personalities, brusting punches with friends amp simply for being an easy going book.
This book has a little something for everyone, It has made me laugh out loud, it has made me cry and it has made me ask myself some very interesting questions, I thoroughly enjoyed reading and exploring the relationships between the different characters, which the author has captured in a way that I could easily connect to them making it very enjoyable to read.
I was really drawn in to this book and feel that there were many different layers to the storyline, Great book. I am hoping that there will be a sequel to this book as I have enjoyed following the main character's life, I don't want to say too much for fear of spoiling the book for anyone else, but I would highly recommend reading it, Bruno Papazzi is angry. He's angry at his idiot neighbour he's angry at the customers of his plumbing business he's angry at his secretary, Lydia he's angry at God he's just angry! The only time he's NOT angry, is when he goes on his annual fishing trip.
The story follows Bruno over several of these trips, as he learns about friendship, kindness, God, and life and death, Most of all, he learns about himself,
In his debut novel, Wallace paints a perfect picture of a tranquil lake resort that makes even those of us with no knowledge of fishing believe we are there.
It is us who are casting our lines, choosing our flies, reeling in the trout, This is a wonderful feel good novel, with short easy to read chapters making it a perfect read before bed, or on your morning commute.
