YOU DELIVER MY BABY"
Reporter Sherry Campbell thought she might be asking too much, but her baby was coming and the only one in sight was enigmatic corporate raider St.
John "SinJin" Adair. Despite his generosity, he disliked her because she pried into the secret past he desperately wanted to hide, Lucky for her, that didn't stop the billionaire businessman from becoming her hero,
From the moment she cornered him in the elevator, SinJin felt Sherry's hold on him, He wanted privacy and yet he wanted to kiss her into next year, And now after delivering Sherry's adorable son, SinJin found himself yearning to become a part of her family, But would Sherry turn him away when she finally did get the scoop on his past love may come when and from whom you least expect it I loved this book.
. rich man with trust issues finds a woman that proves to him that not all women are the same, I will read more by this author for sure, "A Billionaire and a Baby" can be started and put down without losing the plot or forgetting the characters, Quick read with a formula plot, This book could be kept in your purse or auto to be read while waiting for a doctor's appointment, etc, Good, Quick read. SinJin Adair is a ruthless, corporate tycoon, and he's a complete mystery no one has ever gotten an interview or any background information on him.
Sherry is a very pregnant reporter on a mission, to solve the mystery of SinJin Adair, . . and she's persistent. But their lives intertwine irrevocably when SinJin delivers her baby and saves their lives, But SinJin still values his privacy and has a lot of emotional baggage, and Sherry still has an article to write,
This was a really cute story, I appreciated the, IMHO, witty banter between the hero and heroine, It didn't feel cutesy or annoying or over the top there was a very good balance, SinJin was an excellent hero, at times confident and assured and at other times completely perplexed with his own actions, Sherry was even a great heroine, although I wasn't too fond of her ethics with wanting to write an article about someone who isn't interested in many stories, that person would be considered a villain.
It was a fine line here though, Minimal angst, but what was there was realistic and suspenseful, This wasn't the most amazing book in the world and most would consider it forgettable as it doesn't have anything truly defining about it, but it was very enjoyable regardless.
