Some of the art is blurry maybe from the digital to paper transition, Fun read. My kids really like Barbie and this one was pretty funny, Easy to read, easy to follow, Cute story. I normally do not mind these early reader books, but I found this one to be awful, It is set out like a comic, which makes it not fluid, I also found the wording to be silly, too silly for even the Barbie Doll house, If you have seen the show it is very similar to that, A cute comic reader that teaches children not only how to read, but how to incorporate sarcasm into their reading as well.
My daughter loved using different intonations in her voice as she read and giggled through this book, Went downhill after the introduction of the cat, Until then, I was surprisingly rather entertained, Awesome, i love it. I would like to read more of this kind of books, Things to like:

Barbie's dog ordered the puppies online, so she isn't promoting backyard breeding of dogs,

Barbie's closet scene "Weren't you a vet"

The training scene featuring Barbie's backyard dog agility course, the prioritization of house training, and in general some realistic dog ownership concerns portrayed Barbie style.
