Secure One By One: After (Part Three) Composed By Simon Kernick Paperback

on One By One: After (Part Three)

to be good, one of my favourite authors !

Part one of three, One by One: Before. .

This books starts the story with a bang, . .

Lets say reading and finishing all three, first one brings you into the story, the next two hook and shock, . .

All three Best way of explaining these books, . .

Agatha Christie mystery meets an Alfred Hitchock thriller !

As a group of six friends meet on a tiny island owned by Charlie a politician, one of the six.
.

One by One they start getting killed, who is the murderer, is it one of the six, . .

These six are hiding a murder of Rachel, their friend some twenty years ago, now all agedyears old, . . the man found guilty just released from prison !

Very enjoyable short read, all three stories onlyorpages,

Four for all three Disappointing ending really, a little bit obvious, Sorry Simon. One week, three digital shorts,

The final part in a direct to digital shortstory in a murder mystery threepart thriller from the bestselling author of Ultimatum, Stay Alive and The Final Minute.

Six people met together on a remote island and with a killer on the loose, only four remain,

Three have been brutally murdered in front of their eyes as a punishment for their actions on a night over twenty years ago.

But as the old schoolfriends start to turn on each other, will any of them leave the island alive One By One: After is the final of the three parts that makes up Simon Kernicks One By One novella.
Its a story that needs to be read in order, and those that have read One By One: Before and One By One: During are sure to be hooked.

Although it was obvious how certain elements would play out in this one, it was an actionpacked conclusion that I really enjoyed.
Some details were far too easy, but it did not take away from the fact this ending brought the story together well and kept me entertained.

I would not label One By One my favourite Simon Kernick story, but it certainly had me hooked, Phew that a gripping story this has been, I have torn
Secure One By One: After (Part Three) Composed By Simon Kernick Paperback
through the three parts desperate to know what happens, I have really enjoyed this series, The characters and suspense of it all, Very well written, fast paced but didn't feel rushed, My only gripe is how fast it all concluded, I would have liked to have known a bit more about what happened next,

This has certainly opened my eyes to the talent of Simon Kernick and I will be looking out to read some of his full length novels.
Simon just gets better and better This is the conclusion of the, “One by One,” trilogy, Karen Thompson is our narrator and, it is through her eyes that we see the unfolding events on the island,

Having been brought together by Charlie Williams, six old University friends meet up to discuss events over two decades ago when another member of their group was killed and the man in prison for her murder has just been pardoned and released.
Charlie feels it is important the group keep a united front as the case is reopened, but all is not going to plan.
Someone is killing off the six, one by one, Can Karen escape, or will she be called to judgement

This is obviously a real homage to, “And Then There Were None,” and, if you have read the classic Agatha Christie novel, you will see lots of links.
This is, though, enjoyable whether you enjoy the little nods to Christie or not, Fast paces and exciting, I really did enjoy this and want to read more of the authors work,
I knew it but liked the story twist, This is a.Simon Kernick is just brilliant!!! This was, as ever, a good read from him, I was glued to my kindle reading all three parts , thank goodness I came unstuck in the end, Therd and final part of the excellent short novel by Simon Kernick, Well written novel in the style of an Agatha Christie novel that I read in one sitting, Sorry to sound like a well worn record but I feel this format of selling a short novel is unnecessary and an inconvenience to the reader.
I downloaded allparts together, a total of approximatelypages and read them in one sitting, A thoroughly good read that was spoilt by switching from book to book, I seem to have spent more time moaning about the book format than praising the novel, I love Simon Kernick's work but not this format, didn't see that coming brill Better section than the first two, Wasn't expecting it! Pity about the 'singles' format though, I won't bother again, though I do enjoy Kernick's books, The final part in thepart series continues where the otherleft off, The body count continues to rise along with the mistrust between the survivors which comes to a head as they turn on each other.
The truth about Rachels murderyears ago is revealed but there are further twists to come,

My full review of all three parts can be found at my blog sitelink blogspot. c feel free to take a look, gripping to the end.
