To get his coffee first without an argument, he offered to pay for the guys coffee and pastries, Then a female voice said he should pay for hers and everyone elses too, Too bad when he turned around his eyes landed elsewhere than her eyes, She was not pleased. She also wore an apron so she worked here, She demanded he pay for all of the coffees, go to the end of the line, or just leave, So he bought everyone coffee and desserts, They even called their friends to come down and get the free stuff! Then he sat down and drank his latte while waiting for the owner here that he was supposed to meet.
The lady in the apron held out her hand and introduced herself as Elizabeth Dean, owner of the Cupcake Emporium! She noticed pink icing on his suit jacket that matched the pink icing on her daughter and was surprised that he wasnt upset.
And her daughter came over to thank him again for the cupcake, as he thanked her for helping him make his jacket look better in pink, He was handsome, generous, and great with kids, Hmmmm Too bad he had the potential to destroy her business!

When Mark needs a date to his family's annual Christmas event to prove to his grandmother that he can balance work and still have a personal life, he thinks about Liz Dean.
And Liz needs someone to act as her daughter Maya's partner in the fatherdaughter gingerbread house competition, Can Mark and Liz do each other a favor here and forget their differences long enough to help each other out

This is an adorable story with such likable characters that the reader will adore! Maya is such a sweetheart, and Mark without a second thought made the little girl comfortable when she got icing on his expensive suit jacket.
I melted when he did that, And he also was kind to the customers, even though he had tried to bypass the line, The Christmas spirit was definitely at work in this story! Grab your copy of the anthology and enjoy stories like this one! No doubt it will make your Christmas merrier! If you, as a woman, have little faith in men, it is difficult to be seduced when a beautiful man passes by.
Even if youryearold daughter loves him and your mother only sees the good in him, any small hint that it isn't true will be your truth, Luckily Mark is very determined and little by little conquers Elizabeth, Beautiful and romantic with passionate moments story with a HEA,

Book, The Christmas Gift is a paranormal, witches romance, Steamy interesting read.
Book, A Wild Kings MC: Clifton Falls Novella this one is probably better enjoyed by readers who have enjoyed the authors Wild Kings series, I couldn't get into it,
Book, Christmas Angels will hit you hard in the feels, Not a romance, its about friendships, Was a great story.
Book, Oliver Twisted is a short story about magic and fairytales, Not really Christmassy but was a cute quick read,
Book, Gingerbread Kisses is a short single mom/workaholic relationship romance,
Book, Christmas Wish is not a Christmas story, more a cautionary tale, Was interesting and enjoyed it,
Book, The Christmas Contest is a cute matchmaking romance and I really enjoyed it,
Book, Christmas Party Massacre is just exactly what the title says it is,
Book, Christmas Joy is a second chance, new start on life romance,
Book, Sexy Santa is about Pete one of Santa's sons and his quest to be free of the family business, but will he break his heart in the process.

This collection offers short stories and novellas from different authors, Not all are pure romances as you might think or are even romances at all, Some, I would say, aren't really even about Christmas, . . let alone have that Christmas sparkle that I like to see in holiday stories, Surprisingly, some have paranormal or fantasy elements I found those to be delightful divergences from the standard Christmas story, Some stories are a part of established series, and others are wholly standalone, I didn't like that some stories had swearing, as I'm never a fan of that in any writing at all, and I particularly think it's an insult to the reason for the season.
As with any multiauthor collection, some reads are better than others, I do, however, enjoy reading collections with authors who are new to me, as this one does, In the end, this is a mixed bag, with stories that are sometimes more or less enjoyable, But the beauty of a collection like this is if you don't like one story, you can quickly move on to the next, Most of these are so short that they can be read either during breaktime or lunchtime if you like to read at work,

This anthology has some great novellas from some great authors and some new authors to me, There are different genres for everyone, There are some stories i preferred over other but over all the stories had my Christmas spirit soaring

The one story that I really loved was THE CHRISTMAS CONTEST by Theresa Sederholt.

It is a sweet story of a grandfather wanting his grandson to find love and the way he does that is to have a contest to win his house in Nantucket.
When Jack finds out well of course he is going to do something to stop it, Will Donald be able to bring Jack and Holly together in time for Christmas,
i truly loved these characters, Holly is the sweet woman who wants to get out of her dead end job, She will melt your heart, Jack well he is your typical guy who left to advance his career, They are sweet when they come together, Donald well I want him for a grandpa, he is a character and man you will fall in love with him from the first moment he gives you an oatmeal cookie,
This is a sweet novella that will have you wanting to hug grandpa and praying that Jack and Holly come together, There is a moment in the book that you might shed a tear and have a hardy laugh, You will also want one of those oatmeal cookies that Donald makes and pays everyone off with,

This is just one of the fun filled stories you will find in this anthology, So if you want some time to yourself this holiday season this could be the book for you, A great book to curl up with so grab your glass of wine and a cozy blanket and snuggle on in, Christmas is a time for giving, sharing, family, friends and all around cheer, Read about compromise and coming together even though circumstances are not optimal, open your minds to the fun and exciting romance, A little dram a lot of bickering and maybe a kiss or two to smooth the ruffled feathers,
