Hunter and Gabby's story is an unrequited love, second chance of sortsthere was just one kiss way back when that ended badly, best friend's brother romance.
All kinds of tropey goodness! Add in that the hero is a former professional surfer and the heroine is a general contractor, and I'm guessing this one would check a
lot of boxes for many readers, myself included.
But Gabby she's so prickly
Honestly I didn't even mind her gettinginherownway tendencies for the most part, because Hunter didn't let them bother him and their relationship as it was was working, But when she unilaterally decides to do "what's best for him" Grrrrrrrrr, Fortunately Hunter comes to the rescueagainand pulls together an HEA in spite of her best efforts, and all's well that ends well, Mostly. But OMG, do I want to read Brody's book, . . so, mission accomplished with this one!

If you're a fan of hot, hot, HOT workplace romances, this could be for you! The boss and their subordinate in a relationship is not my favorite trope seems especially iffy in a law office, yes but even so, I couldn't stop reading this.
It's just from Mac's POV, which I thought was a bit of a liabilitydoes the title of bookfrom his POV, sitelinkConfessions of a Litigation God, perhaps give a clue why It's a bit hard to get past his prickliness and general d!ckishness without knowing what's going on in his headbut still.

Wicked Favor The Wicked Horse Vegas
Whoa, Just whoa.
Wicked Favor is wicked intense, Its easy to forget in the heat of the moment as Trista apparently does, often that Jericos her boss and a guy shes borrowed money fromwhich makes their relationship a bit more problematic, but when you forget that small detail Its easy to be distracted and see why they might be distracted as well.
Things end up very, very good in the end, so alls well that ends well, right
This book worked just fine as a standalone, since its the first in a spin off of the original series.
Im absolutely looking forward to seeing where Ms, Bennett is taking this series next,

Awww I loved this! A super cute legal romance series! This is the story of Mackayla Dawson as she navigates her way through a new job and her sexy new boss who she met previously.
Its a feel good lighthearted romance,
Its exactly what I needed after reading so many dark mafia romances back to back, Sheesh! Sometimes a girl needs a little feel good in her reading,
What I love about Sawyer Dawson aside from the fact that her writing is brilliant epic perfect is that she writes such reality, It actually feels like youre just following two people who work together navigate their feelings,
This is told in only one first person POV which is Mackaylas,
Its refreshing because you never see that anymore nowadays, Its usually a dual POV with the hero and heroine or third person, Either way, you normally get both sides of a story, While I was dying to know what was going on inside Matts head, I loved that I never found out, I truly loved it. I felt like I was Mackayla in the story, It will remind a lot of readers I bet of working in a corporate setting,
This story reminded me of my own life in a lot of ways actually, For those of us who fell in love with a guy they worked with, we all know what it feels like and Sawyer Dawsons writing portrayed it very realistically,
In a way, the fact that you could almost say Mac was a sucker or that he kind of walked over her at times makes it all that much more realistic.
No one wants a guy who just tells them he loves her the second he meets her, The fact that Matt does treat her like shit at times, makes him well a guy, Thats just what men do sometimes because theyre assholes but we love them lol and an asshole is well, hot, I loved Macs reactions to the way Matt acted, I love how she put him in his place so many times! I loved how badass she was! She is the epitome of what you would want your daughter to be like.

She never held her feelings inside and I loved that about this heroine, Let me tell you I cannot begin to explain how frustrating it is to read books where the heroine loves the hero and never tells him, I want to smack the heroine when that happens, Nope not Mac she was open, honest and real, Shes going in my “badass heroine” list for sure,
If youre looking for low angst, fun, lighthearted and legal then this is where its at,

Holy sh this book blew my mind, Thisstar read somehow means more because I wasnt expecting it, From the first paragraph I was hooked!
In hindsight I cant say was so surprised that this epic Sawyer Bennet book would be anotherstar read however, I just I didnt expect it to be so erotic.
The sex scene was one of the most intense Ive ever read, It was hot in terms of steam, but what made it above ordinary for me was the deep connection between the hero and heroine,
What I thought would be a cute, romantic read turned out so be so much more, Such a deeper connection than I anticipated prior to reading,
I liked how confident and assuring Hunter was when she told him she was scared, Gabbys young age shows in a lot of ways, The scene where Hunter was speaking about prior sexual partners,
A common discussion amongst adults had Gabby panicking in her own internal monologue, Her naivety was humorous and adorable at times, I didnt find myself getting frustrated with her lack of awareness, You dont know what you dont know, We cant fault her for being scared about conversations shes never had before or being in situations shes never been in before,
Hunter guides her through with his maturity and knowledge due to his being older and having more experience, With age comes growth.
I didnt expect hunter to be so emotionally intelligent, The fact that Bennett captures that, is what really blows my mind, Her writing style transports you to Last Call, sitting on the bar stool with Gabby and Hunter, awaiting their next moves,
Never did I expect to hold my breath waiting to read words as much as I did this read! I needed to know if Hunter would finally tell her how he feels.
I needed Gabby to finally put her feelings into words and step up, I was frustrated at times, laughed a lot, had my heart broken a bit, but smiled throughout reading,
The fact that I feel like I know Gabby and Hunter and quite
frankly “ship” their relationship so badly is an ode to Bennetts writing, Sawyer Bennett is one of my very favorite authors of all time, so when she puts together something like this, everyone needs to have it! It has three full length books to start off different series by her.

Hunter rejected Gabby when she wasyears old, and since then, she's not been his biggest fan, Now they're older and he wants to make her his but she's not going to make it easy as she's still big mad at him,

McKayla had a super hot one night stand with Matt who ends up as her boss, They think they can stay away from each other because of the complications but you already know it's not as easy as they think it will be, The push amp pull is something to behold since they won't be able to deny the sparks,
Wicked Favor:
Jerico owns a sex club so he indulges all the time since he wants nothing serious, Trista comes to him for help, the sparks are flying, but he's thinking she'll be the perfect revenge against her brother, his enemy, However, he doesn't count on her effect on him,
You don't want to miss out on getting theseamazing books in one place so time for y'all to get to one clicking because you can't go wrong with Sawyer Bennett! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This is a great box set of first books of Sawyer Bennett.
They're entertaining, sexy, sweet, some even funny, and did I mention sexy Utterly hot, This will have your ereader melting and I was sucked in from the very beginning, Now I need to read the others, This is a great way to introduce yourself to three different addictive series! You will not be disappointed buying this and reading all the books that go into these series! Let me just say, I read them all and I couldnt put them down.

Each of these books were such great reads, She has a knack for creating interesting characters and unique stories that are hard to put down, That is certainly the case here and I flew through each book, Now that I've started the series I can't wait to continue with them!
