Seize A Doctor, A Nurse, A Christmas Baby Author Amy Andrews Digital Copy

of my faves. It has TWO of my favorite tropes, surprise! your preggars despite you being infertile, him being infertile, you on the pill, him usingcondoms!!!! and older woman, younger man, lol.
Don't say you weren't warned, Oh, oh, oh AND its Christmas time! My first venture into the Harlequin Medical line was quite satisfying, On the downside, the book was a quick read I was surprised by how short it was!, the conflict was a bit eyerolly at times, and I have limited tolerance for plots involving pregnancy and babies.
Given this limited tolerance, I have some definite reservations as to whether this is the right line for me, seeing the preponderance of babies involved in the titles, covers, and blurbs, but I still want to give this line a try!

And I'm glad I started with this book, because I did enjoy watching the mutual respect unfold between Maggie and Nash, and then seeing that respect transition to love.
That's what's important to me in a romance, and this book, short as it was, delivered, The sex scenes were nicely assertive and warm, and despite this plot not being the sort of plot I seek out to read, I left the book believing these two would make their relationship, and their family, work.
Very emotional and romantic. I loved Maggie and Nash's chemistry, I also enjoyed the hospital PICU setting, Paediatric nurse Maggie Green is devoted to the children on the intensive care ward at Brisbane's Children's Hospital,

Nash Reece is a topnotch doctor with a reputation as a heartbreaker, He's attracted to Maggieand, for the first time, one night just isn't enough, For this confirmed bachelor Maggie is trouble, . . and he can't resist her!

It's Christmasa time for miraclesand Maggie's dreams of motherhood are about to come true, But how will Nash react to Maggie's Christmas baby bombshell A Happy Hot Christmas Read

I felt the emotional range while reading and loved it all! This medical romance involves an older woman, younger man only ten yearsdon't get uptight who have an agreement, no involvements, just colleagues with benefits.
Nash has his life goals and Maggie has had her life goals snatched away from her, So far from each other in their life plans, it's destined to be a failure, Hah, well fate always has a hand in showing and giving people what they need, This one had all the emotions and hotness, along with some serious medical issues with their little patients, to make it so seemingly real.
Super excited to be rereleasing this book, It won my first ever Ruby award and to be able to recover and retitle and revitalise this story I love so much has been such a thrill! Can't wait til its out in the world! I will read pretty much anything by Amy Andrews.
This is a simple story about Maggie Green, a forty year old ICU nurse in a Brisbane Children's Hospital, Ten years out from a broken marriage and the grief of unsuccessful fertility treatments, she's not up for a fling, Especially not with someone like Nash,

Nash is an ambitious thirty year old, passing through on his way to bigger things on the other side of the world.
Maggie is a temptation he doesn't want to resist, but he doesn't do long term and he doesn't do family or children, For reasons.

So what do two single people do when they are thrown together day after day, night after night on night duty.
They have one night to get it out of their system, We know how that works snigger

I really loved how Maggie and Nash connected beyond the bedroom, It was obvious they were MFEO made for each other for the acronym challenged, What happens when an unexpected pregnancy is thrown into the mix brings everything to the boil,

Lovely story and very satisfying and believable Happy Ending, Maggie amp Nash's story isn't exactly a Christmas romance, per se, in my opinion, But it is quite enjoyable,

Nash, a paediatrician, is attracted to Maggie, a nurse also in the paediatric department, who'syears his senior, She balks at the age difference, but can't deny the chemistry between them, They agree to a casual arrangement, knowing that Nash has plans to leave for London by year end for his dream job, But an unexpected pregnancy blows all their expectations out of the water,

I liked the way Nash amp Maggie understood each other, Their connection went deeper than the physical and it made their story relatable and realistic, I recommend this read. What a nice gift! A good one for Maggie, It was good but kinda bland, I mean why is it that there has to be a life changing moment before you realize that you love someone Is it really that way I just don't understand it, I guess I haven't experienced love because I can't relate with this.
Ths book won the prestigious Australian

Romantic Book of the Year ruby in the sexy category Charming and sexy

This charming and sexy doctor Nash set his eye on nurse Maggie.
She tries keeping him at arms length with their age difference but he was too charmingly devastating, WHat starts as a light fling becomes so much more with each passing day, A beautifully written story blended well with side characters that warm your heart and thru the roof chemistry between main characters, Good Book

This was an Good Book, The ending was Good, also, This was the first time I read her book, Will definitely read more of her books, Older woman and very attractive man, These relationships just don't work, However. Maggie thought a little fun night be nice and it had been so long since her divorce, Lots of steamy sex in this book and a really honorable young man, Good read. What I liked was the surprise baby trope, mostly due to the heroine's circumstances and even enjoyed seeing the hero evolve from it.
I would say more here but I also don't want to spoil things,

I liked that the heroine wasyears older than the hero, I don't really see that as a too big of an age difference, However, the reason I liked it was because apparently the hero was so handsome and such a catch, he could have easily have gone after a much younger woman.

What I didn't like about it, . . not much. I think the medical stuff was kind of boring to me and at times
I skimmed, There is a lot more story in this novella that talks about a lot of the patients, Normally I think it's great when you get more for such a small word count, but I didn't really want it to be about the illness and deaths.
I'm a happy reader for the most part so hopefully that doesn't make me sound heartless, Cute and short. Good read when trying to do something mindless and light, and you know it'll be a happy ending, Amy is an award winning, USA Today best selling Aussie author who has written seventy plus contemporary romances in both the traditional and digital markets.
