Ive been following her on FB and frankly didnt know if Id like this new way of cooking shes adopted but I understood her reasons for changing her way of eating and This is the best cookbook for delicious healthy recipes! It also has wonderful pictures and is nice to read.

I liked the authors presentation during the tv program, It is a very simplistic, brief look at why some fruits are healthy things you already know like blueberries have antioxidants and are good for the brain.

than the average person, Bought this book to help me with better nutrition due to metastatic breast cancer, On thumbing through the book I found a lot of very helpful information, The only thing I wish is that there was a nutritional count included, Its nice to have good nutrition but I would I would have liked nutritional information included with each recipe and an index to find recipes with specific ingredients.
