tried to really love this book, but in all honesty all these humans just annoyed me to no end.
At first I was loving the whole alien human relationship building, but the I read the I just couldn't stand the humans or even our H.
She's really freaking annoying, and I'm glad her mate kinda snapped at her towards the end, because honestly the guy/alien has the patience of a saint with her and her ppl.
I can't stand how she lets the other humans judge and talk to her, these aliens do nothing but care and watch out for them and yet they are so disgustingly ungrateful.
I also hated how much the traveling is taking, it wasthe whole book, I get it, the whole planet is unsafe and has dangers around every corner, But I wanted ! Needed you know More of these two, I got bored byand just started skimming.
By the end I was so seriously let down, I love this author but this book is definitely not for me, I could not put it down, I felt like I was racing across the world with the characters, Now I wait for the next book, So. I have had this book on my kindle for awhile now, Because it was a cliffhanger, I put it aside, I did put it into my KU because I like Erins stories,
This weekend I started it,
Despite being a cliffhanger, I freaking loved it, The only reason I didnt give it five is because I have to wait for the next installment.
I think its her best yet! When Scarlett and her fellow human survivor's get taken by scary demon like aliens they are all terrified of this horrific planet.
But when one of them takes a liking to her she doesn't know what to do.
Roadan is one of the strongest and fiercest of his kind, When he see's the delicate hooman he knows she is his, And if he has to shove a few bugs down her throat to communicate with her, he will! Oh so good! You have got to read this book!!! So so great.
My toes, back and everything else is cramped from anxiety, breathlessness, awe and joy from reading this! Can't wait for the next one! This was a non stop power engine of a love /horror story! Each and every second was a rush to survive and then to live! I live the human in the survivors and the alien In The hero.
It will be interesting to see how they combine, I am loving this new series and the inhabitants of Miros, I am excited about the next book, Great start!! A great start to a new series by one of my favorite authors, It contains all of my favorite elements, hot alpha males, aliens, and adventure,
The action was nonstop, the romance slow burn which I dont always care for, but I devoured this book in one day, it was so so good.
Im very excited to see whats in store for Scarlett and Roadan in book two! Absolutely brilliant, cant wait to read , Erin Reagan is an amazing writer.
