have been absolutely enthralled in this Tea Series and have fallen in love with the entire OFlynn family, especially Cara and Teagan OFlynn, the main characters of these books.
The sisters are as different as possible but love each other and are so kind to both one another and their family members, it makes me wish I had a sister and a huge Irish family.
In the first book in the series Hot Tea, Cara quits her job and then sees a posting for a,reward for an unsolved murder and decides naïvely that with a little investigating, she can supplement her lost income.
With Teagan in tow, the women find themselves enveloped in a murder mystery with twists and turns at every corner.
The books are very different than any other collection I have read before because they are serial novels, The endings of each book are fairly anticlimactic and you need to read the next book to see where their investigation will lead them next.
The worst thing about this and the reason why I only ranked them threes rather than theors they probably would have received based on how much I really have been enjoying myself is that in this last book, Green Tea, the mystery is getting closer to resolution, but there are still many loose ends and a new, bigger family problem just being introduced.
I am dying to know how this murder mystery will be solved but the next book in the series, Peppermint Tea, is STILL BEING WRITTEN! I never would have started the series if I knew it wouldnt be resolved the suspense is killing me! This series is just easy to read! The characters are quirky and funny, but have a serious side, too.
Can't wait for! Love this series of books! Praise for The Tea Series:  I love this whole series,   The stories are entertaining and engaging,   You become part of this wonderful family, the dynamics are so familiar to me,   I can't wait to find out what is happening to the family members,  Take all four books on vacation with you, you will highly enjoy the stories and the fact that the stories continue from book to book much like real life.
Thanks Sheila, these are great, keep up the good work!!  Waiting for Peppermint Tea, . . Jo Ann

fast and fun read,   Each installment is a hybrid of the traditional novel and the serial novel each book is a fulllength novel and leads directly into the next book the series is best when read in order.
The story continues throughout all of the books,

Green Tea  the fourth book in the Tea Series begins right where Iced Tea left off.

Cara and Teagan are more determined than ever, but determination without focus doesn't get you very far.

There's a wedding just days away,   A time to celebrate and enjoy family and tradition, but Cara keeps her distance as situations outside of her control threaten her in ways she is just beginning to recognize.
Things are changing quickly and Cara needs to come to terms with the fact that one of the people she loves most may not be around much longer.

Cara and Teagan finally get to the bottom of one mystery, only to find another much closer to home.

Green Tea is approximately, words and is now professionally edited and formatted, I read all four in the 'Tea Series', A I mentioned in a review of book, I was a bit frustrated that the mystery started in bookwas still unsolved after book.
Nevertheless, I found each installment hard to put down, I'm happy to report that in 'Green Tea' the murderer has been finally revealed, Not surprisingly, however, there is a new cliffhanger which has me eagerly awaiting book, funny funny book.
Green Tea is book four in the Tea Series, This review is really for the first four books in the Tea Series since they are really one long continuous story.
Cara O'Flynn has just quit her job and is looking to become an entrepreneur, Her glamorous sister Teagan is taking vacation time and lending support, Cara's plan is to solve a murder for the, reward, I bought "Hot Tea" the first book in the series expecting a murder mystery, What I got was a charming book with two angst filled sisters in terror of displeasing Mom, I kept reading, figuring there must have been a murder to solve in there somewhere, By the time I gave up on it being a normal whodoneit style murder mystery I was hooked on the two sisters.
Each of the four books ends in a hook leading into the next one in my opinion it's one really long fun novel split into four parts.
By the end of "Green Tea" they'd managed to define the murder and bring things to neat believable conclusions, Then in the last fifteen or so paragraphs they had the rug jerked out from under them by something I thought was totally implausible.
I won't say what as it would be a terrible spoiler, The fifth book is going to be "Peppermint Tea" and I plan on getting it when it comes out for two reasons.
One, the sisters are great and I want to know what craziness they get up to next, and two, how in the world the great implausibility can get made to seem reasonable if it can.
