given this to read for a youth group amp think it could be very valuable for those that need a push or those who are stuck I read the special edition Chi Alpha version of the book withimages.

This is a great book, full of many great illustrations for solid leadership principles, These images or Habitudes would be great to use as a guide for leadership training with large groups as well as small group discipleship.
A simple pictorial book. Key pictures/learnings : Iceberg, Bread to feed All, Golden Buddha, Thermometer or Thermostat, Distorted Fun House Mirror, Oversized Gift/Talent, Laptop for GIGO, Exam, Emotional Fuel, Opportunity Statue, Tree

Top walk, Half Hearted Climber, Drivers or Passengers Read it as part of leadership training for my online church.

First off, though I lead, I do not consider myself a leader, For that reason, many of the illustrations got lost on me, I did my best to gleam some things from it, I just felt that the book is not for me, I understand others giving itstars, they are leaders and got great lessons out of it, I did not. That does not make it bad, just not for me, A laughable sham of a book, I understand the whole "visual learning" aspect being a vital part of the process, but this book has little depth, True leaders will see right through this guy, Thoroughly enjoyed. Several great takeaways:
Dont evaluate success by getting everyone on board, Instead celebrate and invest in those who do get on board,
Be a small sprocket revolving hundreds of times before moving the big gear,
Excited to share with students, Images that form leadership habits amp attitudes, .
