I loved that we got to know Ginetta Gina more and how her life was before meeting Vincent.
Definitely plenty of smut, romance the twists and turn ready kept me interested, another great book from Nicole ormerod, Slaves in ancient Rome, Ginetta and her Mother have been sold to a seedy low class brothel.
Her Mother keeps young Ginetta hidden in the slave quarters so that at least one of them can escape a life of depravity.
At the age of fourteen she is discovered and sold to a high class brothel, Her training begins, to please the wealthy men of Rome,
Before she is put to work she is rescued by her knight in shining armour, Vincent, a man she first saw at the tender age of ten, a man who has been imprinted on her mind.

She goes to live with Vincent and starts work in his Grand Villa as a maid.
She soon discovers something is amiss, Vincent never goes out in the day and she never sees him eat but she knows one thing, no matter what he is, she is completely and utterly in love with him.


Will he ever see her as anything more as a child When Ginetta turns into a young woman, Vincent sets her free, but she doesn't want freedom, she wants his heart and she will stop at nothing to get it.

I Love the story line and the characters are so tangible you can reach out and almost grab them especially Vincent.
YUMMY what a gentleman and then some, Riley has a very descriptive and clear writing style that brings the characters to life, Fight sequences are vividly detailed so you can picture them in your mind's eye, Twists and turns, mystery, and action make this a great read,

This is NOT a YA read, it is full

of sensuality and sexually explicit scenes that will keep you glued to your seat, especially in the beginning when Ginetta starts to understand what is really going on.


The world is like no other, imagine seeing a man when you werehis persona is so strong that you are left with his vision forever on your mind.
Just when the world seems to turn bad for you, in steps the same man, Your Hero. It is a world of young love, first love, a powerful love so strong not even death will interfere.
I thoroughly enjoyed it! The last scene and an unexpected twist in the story blew me away!

I Loved it! I recommend this to thereaders out there due to it the sexually explicit nature of the story.
