Capture The Cowboys Secret Son (Trueblood Texas) Published By Gayle Wilson Physical Book
a mystery too, which made it even better, Fifth in the Trueblood, Texas series,
This was a very cute book and I really loved the characters and the storyline,
Mark Peterson lost his first love, Jillian Salvini, when her family disappeared in the middle of the nightyears ago and he never really got over it.
Now Jillian and her son, Drew, have returned to her family's homestead where she didn't expect to find Mark still next door, she also didn't expect that someone would be sabotaging her ranch either.
What had terrified and made enemies of Jillian's and Mark's fathers all those years ago That is the mystery behind everything that has gone on in their lives up to this point.
Mark is a great hero character, He comes charging in on his big helicopter and works hard to make the ranch safe for Drew and Jillian, never realizing that Drew is his son.
Throw in a jealous semi exfiance, a mysterious amount of money missing, and an angry enemy out for revenge and you've got the right mix of everything to make a very entertaining and romantic story.
"Trueblood Texas different authors" A fabulous addition to a heart warming series, this series is a must read for anyone who loves country living and cowboys, Each book is
engaging and follows a different couple while referencing the previous ones, I recommend reading this series in order, to get the full effect, Isabella Trueblood made history reuniting people torn apart by war and an epidemic, Now, generations later, Lily and Dylan Garrett carry on her work with their agency, Finders Keepers, Circumstances may have changed, but the goal remains the same,
Lost: His first love
Mark Peterson had never gotten over Jillian Salvini's desertion ten years ago, She and her family had left in the middle of the night, Mark's heart hadn't recovered. Now that she was back, was a second chance possible
Found: Her son's father
When Jillian and her son, Drew, reclaimed her family's Panhandle homestead, she'd never expected there would still be a Peterson in residence next door.
Of course, she'd never expected her ranch to be sabotaged, Or to find out what had terrified and made enemies of her father and Mark's so long ago, I did not like this book very much, The only reason I gave it two was because the child was not born perfect, I congratulate the author thinking outside the box and writing a child with disabilities, It does happen, but not always in romance fiction where everything tends to be next to perfect,
Other than that, the story was kinda bleh for me, The heroine being celibate foryears Even carrying a torch for someone, I just don't know, Gayle Wilson is a two time RITA Award winner, taking home the RITA Award for Best Romantic Suspense Novel inand for Best Romantic Novella in, In addition to twice winning the prestigious RITA Award, Gayles books have garnered thanother awards and nominations, including most recently the Daphne du Maurier Award for the Best Single Title Romantic Suspense of, awarded to Victim, her latest novel from MIRA.
