In fact, it appears to be written by a kid trying to impress him mates,

Whilst I was on the same "scene" as him in the early's and know of a couple of people mentioned in the book, I'd never heard of this guy.
Not to say I knew everyone, but those who were good at what they did became known by all,

The book is very short, read it in aroundhours insessions, is littered with typing errors, missing words and the kindle version I don't know if it's only out on Kindle has massive gaps between the sentences in some cases.


The author doesn't go into much detail about the hacking and phreaking, rather that he assures us that's what he was doing, He comes across as if he discovered all these techniques, I know for a fact he didn't,

I wanted to read it as I saw the author pushing this book on a forum, I wish I'd kept myor whatever it was to myself.
