was very boring especially at the beginning, I didn't really feel like I could connect with any of the characters, When the drama started to happen I thought maybe it would pick up and it did for a bit, For how short of a book it is compared to others I have read, I felt it could have picked up a bit.
It was so wonderful to return to the world of Gwen Katz, I had read the previous books of this series pretty much in a row so the wait for this newest addition allowed me to appreciate the characters anew as I finally got my hands on it.
The only comment I have is that it's gonna take nothing short of an airplane crashing at the deli in the future books to top off this one.
Though, admittedly, it might take a while considering how our story ended in this edition, Deli owner Gwen "Nashville" Katz has certainly had some very unKosher experiences since her move from New Yorkdead customers, dead street musicians, dead deliverymen.
Sometimes the country music capital of the world feels more like a cemetery, But Gwen
is finally knocked flat on her tuchas when a van comes plunging through her roof, causing an explosion and barricading her inside with her employees and Nashville mayoral candidate Tootsie Pearl.
Was this an attack on the mayoral hopeful, or a war against Gwen herself With her deli in shambles, Katz is hot to grill the putz responsible for turning deli into a culinary nightmare.
