came across this book while scrolling through IR romances on Amazon, I was drawn to the part of the book description that stated "Her last boyfriend turned out to be a wanted criminal and her last one night stand filled her up and disappeared.
Life turns on her again when they both show up on the same day, " It sounded interesting and I'm always open to reading books by author's that are new to me,

Instead of giving away too much of the story I will try and give mainly pros and cons of the book,

Pros
I liked that the heroine Greta was far from perfect, It was also nice to read about a heroine having to make a choice between her life staying a roller coaster with her bad choices in men or having a real relationship with a man who wasn't rich or famous, but one that wanted her whole heart and for her to see that she was worthy for more than what a man threw down in the bedroom.


Cons
At times Greta came across as "Woman Hear Me Roar," yet hiding in the bathroom because she didn't want to tell her exboyfriend that she didn't want a ride from him.


I gave this book a solidout ofbecause it was a general good read, I would read other books by this author, Geeta needs a break from men, Shes even agreed to a pack with her roommate to avoid intimacy, hoping to unkink her senses, And just when she thinks shes got her life under control, Brooks comes strolling back, As much as she tries to resist his conservative swag, his smooth talking, easy going manner chips away at her resolve, But with danger lurking around every corner, can they find happiness or will the secrets from the past destroy them both Jacki Kelly has been writing since her fourth grade teacher made her keep a journal for

a grade.
