Free How I Made 40K My First Year Of Blogging Curated By Chelsea Lords Provided As EPub
helpful and informative, I felt like the title and description were somewhat misleading, Chelsea talks about a lot of the details of how she got started, but what she doesn't really get into is exactly how she built up her pageviews so fast.
In her first month of blogging, she reachedk pageviews, I'm fairly certain you have to have a social media following built up pretty well for that already which I suspect is what happened since she had another blog before the current one.
If that's not the case, I would LOVE to know how she got that many views in her very first month of blogging, She sort of glosses over it like it's no big deal, but it takes many other bloggers months or years to get there,
With that in mind, I don't really feel like it's a great resource for very beginning bloggers, since most of us don't start with that big of a following.
However, if you ARE around thek pageview point and wanting to know what other people did next to grow their blog, this would be a good read for you.
Wrote down pages of things to try implementing on my site, but didn't really enjoy the sections devoted to the basics, I work for an ad network for bloggers and so I've watched a lot of successful bloggers who steadily increase their income, How I MadeK My First Year Blogging is a solid resource for bloggers who want to learn how to monetize their blog from day.
I refer a lot of people to this book when they ask me how to make money blogging, I wrote an extensive review and previewed the table of contents here: sitelinkwww, newspapergrl. com/howimadekm I love reading books about how bloggers earn a profit from their writing, and while I gleaned a lot of great tips from this one, it was primarily directed towards food bloggers.
Many of the principles can be adapted, but I wish the audience had been a bit more defined on the info page before I invested in the book.
I also felt like Chelsea went into a lot of detail about very basic
blogging howto's, then skimped when it came to more advanced blogging strategies, such as finding and making money with her freelance work.
That topic was especially glossed over, which I was very disappointed about, especially since it made up quite a significant amount of her income and I wanted to learn more! This book contains everything I learned in my first year of blogging.
It shares my tips, tricks, secrets, and most importantly everything I wish I had known when starting my blog, .
