The well developed characters, the plot, the drama, and the cliffhangers, Jahquel is giving me life with this series I can't wait to see how it all plays out, The best part is that it's totally relatable and you can't feel the emotions as you read it, It's not forced it flows and keeps you wanting more Shocked

I couldn't believe the ending of this book, I hope Tasheem gets what he deserves, He is just sickening. I hope Miracle is okay, I have to read partright now, The suspense is killing me, I am so sorry for Miracle's mom, She doesn't deserve this at all, I enjoyed the book. I was baffled as to why Michelle was putting up with so much from Tasheem but I suppose there are many women who do with what doesn't seem like a good reason to me in real life too.
I liked the character development for Kellsie, Thor and Millie Great cover with a synopsis that really caught my attention, well written, with a great flow, Real life issues that are handled very well with believable characters that may remind you of people you know, great cliffhanger. Can't wait foe more. I loved this book it was a really great read, The only thing that I hate in books like this is that the abused woman seems so weak and cant find the strength to leave then two chapters later shes all bold and strong minded and thats just not realistic.

I am so glad I purchased this series, I was immediately drawn into Michelle and Kelsie's world, Thor seems as if he's unsure of what to do about his mom and that is understandable, Addiction isn't just hard on the addict, Milli, I'm not sure what to make of him just yet, I was hoping Kelsie would give the Dr, a chance but since she's pregnant I don't think that's an option, I can't wait to jump into the next book!!! JUST AWESOME!!!!

I absolutely loved this book, It was great from the very beginning, I was not prepared at all for that ending, I can't wait to read partto find out what happens, I really hope the girls get their happily ever after, Intrigued!!!!

It kills me how some people try to play hard about how they feel about someone, If you have reservations about someone and your really not ready, Going ahead and having sex with that person is absolutely not the answer, I really like this series so far it's very entertaining! So Good

Jahquel did that with this book, Thor and Milli are some real stand up dudes, I really like them both cousins, They needed to be reminded that love still exist even when life knocks them down, Wow!!!

The bell that Michelle lived was crazy but I'm happy that it took a strong man to wake her up.
Between Thor and Kelsie Michelle had no choice but to want better, Now Kelsie story was special within its self because dealing with a special needs child is no joke, Marcus wasn't about nothing but I thought his mom was better than that, she damn sure had me fooled, I can't wait for part two so I can see what Milli have up his sleeve, Banger!!

Wow, this book was sooo good! I can't believe everything that Michelle went through, Thor was a God send for her! I loved their storyline, Kelsi and Milli are sooo much alike, They are both too stubborn to say their true feelings, This book was well written and grabs your attention from the beginning, I can't wait to read part! This was a good story, I loved Thor and despised Taheem! Kelsie is a good mother and I hope Marcus gets what he deserves This story was indeed a page turner.
You havewoman dealings with major struggles who find peace in new situations or so they think, Both stories are so relatable and that's what makes this book so interesting, Kelsie deals with the struggle of raising a child alone, the father is a complete loser, Michelle situation is toxic and and almost deadly, They both come across someone special, The past however is still existing for one while the other is looking for a future, The story is well balance in love and entertainment, I like that Thor is very open and upfront, he's very passionate, Milli still has some work to do, The drama is good, then ending was a complete drop dropping cliffhanger, I don't know if I can handle part, if either was taken out, Crazy!

I see I wont be getting any sleep tonight, Im curious to see if Miracle got shot and who will Thor save, Michelle or his momma, Overall not a bad read and the story held my attention, Im hopeful that my attention will be held through all six books so wish me luck, Good

I liked it! I'm Team Doc so I'm praying for a life without threat of the Feds for one of the characters, but I liked all the characters.
I REALLY liked Kelsie. She reminded me of so many women that I know who make a way out of no way good book by this author, I love the story line and the plot of the book, Finally a book without everyone being in the drug game, They actually doing something else to make money, Actually having a job and stuff, The relationship between the ppl are crazy and some toxic as hell, I love me some Kelsie and Michelle, Im glad there was a twist with Kelsie daughter Miracle because a lot of books don't have a twist like that, Marcus and his momma should be ashamed of themselves forreal, He is gonna get wats coming to him for sure, Milli and Thor are some good guys and I love the relationships they are building with Kelsie and Michelle, Mellow is trifling and I really don't know why yet, He does his wife so wrong, I can't wait to start part two,
I knew this book was gone be good!!!

This is the very first book that I read by this author and it was awesome, I truly enjoyed it from beginning to end, Thor is my Boo. Tasheem, hmm is all I can say about him, Just a trifling dude who hits on women, How you wanna go do your thing then wanna come home and abuse your girl!! I admire Michelle strength though, She walked away from what was causing her harm, Hold tight girl Thor is on his way, Overall I enjoyed this read, waiting on part, Page Turner

I am hoping that Miracle is okay, Michelle should have gotten a restraining order when she first decided to move on, I am hoping that Kelsie can eventually catch a break and I cant wait to see who she ends up with This was good!

That Thor is everything! I can't stand Tasheem I hope he gets everything he has done to Michelle and more.
I'm so mad at Milli I hope he get his stuff together and hopefully Kelsie keep the baby, Marcus just pisses me off what a sorry excuse of a man and his mama isn't any better.
