a lot of territory and some interesting history, The writing is kind of dry though, I also didn't like the format of the book, I

found the font unpleasant to read and it really could have benefited from some pictures, even just of the areas that they were talking about.

By the time I made it in to the dentist, I knew I was going to require some oral surgery, After visiting the dentist and receiving prescriptions for pain and antibiotics, I knew I was going to need some new reading: books which would allow me to drift in and out of them without a detailed plot.
I went to HalfPrice books and bought a few collections of ghost stories,

This book was one of two form the same series, They did what I needed to do, I was able to drift in and out of the reading without worrying about plot lines, etc, Each ghost story was a few pages long, The stories were new to me,

Some of the stories were dry and lacking in details, It would have been nice to have seen some photographs of places so I could better envision the setting, I have the feeling that this book is sold primarily in the locale,

I'm interested enough in the series now to want to find other titles at HalfPrice Books, I'm unwilling, however, to pay more than that, This was a decent collection although I enjoyed the ghost stories better than those about UFOs or Bigfoot, If you have read other haunted New Jersey books than some of these tales will be familiar, A fun look at unexplained phenomena in New Jersey, featuring information on ghost tours in the state, Featuring stories about: The Jersey Devil UFOs in New Jersey The Confederate Ghosts of Finn's Point The Woman in White WaterDwelling Monsters Pirates and their Treasures Dozens of other tales of ghosts, hauntings, curses, and monsters.
