Section. Be

it enacted and ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and directed to appoint three persons who shall be residents of the city of Balti more, and Who shall constitute a commission to be called the Tax Commission of Baltimore, and Whose term of office shall continue for one year from the date of their appointment.
