Si del filete pasamos a la yema, la sangre y al higado cocidos, es todava ms urgente vigilar las con secuencias, porque sus inconvenientes son, msme nes, del mismo gnero, sin lograrse el rpido creci miento y estado vigoroso que el primero proporciona del queso no hay que hablar, aunque muy recomenda do por algunos autores, no creo que ha a hoy quien lo use no puede decirse otro tanto de lo sesos crudos que prestan verdaderos servicios en las primeras se manas de la alimentacin en cuanto a ocurrir duran te ese periodo delicado a otro gnero de alimentos que no sean fuertemente azoados, los vegetales, me pare ce una imprudencia que yo no he intentado siquiera.
