Pick Up Mischief 24/7 (Sunshine Girls, #3) Compiled By Kasey Michaels EBook

on Mischief 24/7 (Sunshine Girls, #3)

good series overall Just slow at times. It was hard keeping my interest, I have to say that this was my least favorite in the trilogy, Yes, Jade and Court have a past, but there was no reason to keep revisiting it, A little background is understandable, but for every other chapter to go back to their past was a little much for me,

Not to mention that this book may have tied up Teddy's murder nicely, but it left us hanging with Morgan, Are they going to England to search for treasure This book was publishedyears ago as of this review and I haven't found a book for Morgan yet, A story delivered strangely. One chapter, the present, the next the past, Very confusing as the same language is used to end one chapter and begin the next, Hard to keep track where the action is taking place, I didn't really feel a connection between Court and Jade the the present though the encounters in the past were lustfilled but still no real connection,

The mystery of Teddy's death and the cold cases were kind of boring so the relationship between Jade and Court was all there was, Not so great a story, I've certainly read better by Kasey Michaels, This was the final installment in the Sunshine Girls seriesin which Jade finally solves her father's murder and manages to tie things all together,./

This was a bit of a disappointing read, possibly because I thought Id like it, Mostly it was just slow, not intense enough, I didnt care for the characters or the plot enough, Possibly some of this is because I didnt read the previous books first,

This is one of the few adult romance novels where I think that reading the books in order might be a better idea than not, which I wish I knew before I got it.

I think the other books would have given me a better connection to the characters, the girls relationship to each other, and their father, Particularly their father, because I just didnt really care much for him or the mystery around him at all, It was kind of like I was thrown in the middle of a mystery case where over half of it is already done and I have no idea how it got to where I was.
It made it hard for me to form a connection, Which, when most of the book focused on that, made it hard to get through,

One thing I did like, though, was the flashbacks for Jade and Court, They were done really well, I liked the pattern of it, and I really enjoyed finding out how their relationship got to where it was, I enjoyed their relationship's progression, and I did like their attraction to each other,

Overall, though, I didnt particularly care for this book, It didnt pull me in enough, and Im not interested enough to pick up the previous books to figure it out, At first Jade Sunshine was my least favorite sunshine sister, but as the story went along i found that she became my favorite, I really enjoyed this book alot,

I love how this last book tied up all the loose ends, I'm sad that the series is over but i'm really hoping that the author writes more stories about the sunshine sisters, Jade Sunshine isn't one to back down from a challenge, That feisty spirit is what made billionaire businesswhiz Courtland Becket fall in love with the sexy detective, It's also what led to their divorce, Now, with the murder of Jade's father, the exes are working together to catch a killer, though the chemistry still crackling between them makes it almost impossible to focus, Jade is still as fearless as ever, and Court will move heaven and earth to protect her, And he just may have to, A lot can happen in twentyfour hours, They could be swept away on a wave of rekindled passion, Or end up the next check mark on a desperate killer's "to do" list, This was thed book in a trilogy, I haven't read the other two, Basically it seemed like this book was just wrapping up loose ends from the otherbooks, It did not stand on its own, I did not like it enough to seek out the firstbooks, The final wrapup at least resolved some of the “mysteries”, but it was barely worth the effort, I liked the wrap up and closure of all the cold cases, I liked Court and Jade but it felt like their closure and new relationship going forward was loooong, . . but I understand it needed to build and we needed the history, It seems like Kasey Michaels will be doing a book about Morgan Eastwood, ancestor of Eleanor Becket Eastwood, That sounds like a fun one, . . treasure hunt/love searching. This is one fine story, Jade, the butt kicking P, I. and Court the hunky zillionaire, What a couple!! Throw in murder and you've got a great summer read, AND, an ending that will bring tears to your eyes, ed for queuemyreview. com book release Apr

Humor, a murder mystery, and hot reunion sexwhats not to love “Mischief/” is Kasey Michaels final story of her Sunshine Girls trilogy, This humorous and lighthearted romantic suspense series is about the three daughters of Detective Teddy Sunshine and their efforts to clear his name after his death, In the process, they each manage to reunite with exlovers and find the lasting love we all dream of,

Jade is the eldest of Teddys daughters and the one who gave up her childhood after their mother deserted the family, She became the responsible one and helped her sisters find their dreams at the expense of her own, The one time Jade tried to have something for herself, Courtland Becket, Teddys instability and her own fears and weaknesses forced her to give in yet again, Now Court is back, and this time he apparently doesnt intend to take no for an answer, But as the investigation into Teddys death heats up and they come ever closer to finding the killer, will these two live long enough to enjoy a future togther

Good final book in the series.
Although I figured out the killer fairly early on in the previous book even, I still enjoyed the red herrings and solutions to the other cold cases Teddy left for his daughters.
Jade is the most complicated and conflicted of the three Sunshine Girls, That made her story more emotional, for me, than the stories of the other two daughters, At times I became so frustrated with her, but could certainly understand her motivations even without agreeing with her actions, And CourtlandWOW that man had the patience of a saint, He just flat out refused to give up and how romantic is that!

Kasey Michaels trademark humor shines in the dialogue between characters and the secondary cast including two dogs is every bit as interesting as the main one.
Her skill with pacing and action is fabulous as ever and I just seem to zoom through her books, Im also very interested in the hints she dropped about a possible upcoming book linking her Becketts of Romney Marsh series with the Sunshine Girls via a mystery at Romney Marsh in England.
If indeed this book is written, Ill be jumping for joy as both series have earned spots on my keeper shelf, “Mischief/” is another winner that will keep you grinning as you read, This was just a great book, hoping for theth book that was said to be coming : Now I want up read about the Becketts The oldest sister
Sacrificed the man she loved
To care for her dad I think my least favorite of the trilogy.
Jade Sunshine has banded with her sisters to help solve the murder of their father, She was the oldest of the three, had even left her husband to go back and work with her father as a private investigator, However, her father's death has given her a chance to get back with her billionaire ex as well as wrap up the mystery running through all three books, It's cute Enjoyable read predictable in spots but overall an interesting mystery/romance, Yet another disappointment from Kasey Michaels, It's far better than the predecessor 'Mischief becomes her', but still I'm disappointed,
If you cut out all the stuff referring to her other books you have a very thin story, It is wellarticulated though
I really enjoyed this book, It was the last book for the Sunshine Girls and it wrapped
