It also gives a brief glimpse of her husband John Fraser my GreatxGrandfather a Frontiersman Pennsylvania.
I did like this book although it was not the story I thought I was going to be reading.
This book was based on the true story of Jane Frazier, who was kidnapped by Indians around the year, and then escaped and found her way home aftermonths.
I thought the majority of the book would tell about her experience living with the Indian tribe but that was only aboutpages of the book.
The rest told of her life at the Ohio Company settlement and relationship with John Frazier, The author, Ruby Frazier Frey, wrote a good story based on the real life of her ancestor.
I especially liked that I was familiar with most every location in the book because it happened in the area where I live now.
An ancestor of mine wrote this book about John and Jane Fraser/Frazier many known spellings two ancestors that came over to America before the French Indian War's, met amp scouted for Washington, ran a tavern.
