my god! To be so selfsacrificing! She embodies tstl as no one else can, For all her goody little sacrificing ways, she just comes across as someone who has a god complex and takes upon herself to play with so

many lives, and eventually only ends up spreading sorrow and heartbreak.
I wish the H had dumped her in the end, pleading extreme stupidity on her part, He does say

“I don't care for selfsacrificing females, ”
Ditto,brother!

The story works maybe not so the book because of its tragic angsty tone and the premise of sacrificing big for love.
Loving someone enough to let go, for his or her own good, But here, of course I felt she short charges the H as she never gives him a choice or a chance, and goes half cocked after eavesdropping on a malicious conversation.

And apart from that huge gesture, I dint find her a soft loving figure or see much evidence in her later behavior of this love of hers.
She seemed to resent him and even contrarily harbor anger against him, almost as if he was responsible for the mess her life is in.
I think she liked playing the selfless tragic figure! As he once says sarcastically
“So tonight you're playing Lady Bountiful, ”

I liked him better, but then he only had a clueless role, his actions were just reactions to her decisions and deeds.

amazing one !out of this world ! i felt so deeply abt the book,it was profound n i was disturbed.
the synopsis just described it all, how life changes insec, how they were still very much in love yet poles apart, small decision made by sara changed everything, set everything in motionthe worse, poor sara had so much pain, such sadness, she coped wid it the best way possible, she was somedepressed n dats y she lived as a recluse, she had nthglive. she had lost everything. she was extremely wealthy but dats nthg n if u read the book, u get the meaning, very gud one, very different, definitely not ur usual HP, i was gonna rate itstar but then towards the end, der was a small story abt a lil girl julie, ofc she played an important role in bringing the truth abt, dats y the author introduced her.
but i cud not care much abt it, i was too absorbed wid sara, the hero, clyde felt only like a secondary character, it was sara who made the book, who captivated me, and thing i din like is dat they had not resolved all their issues by the end, especially a grave part which sara hid from clyde.
the most important part infact n she had still not told him when the book ended, it ended on a note dat they had all their lifetalk, this is a not to be missed kinda book, it's a special read, hats offmrs carter !! Romantic nonsense Might be interesting for teenagers I didn't like this book mainly because i didn't agree with the heroine s reasons for leaving the hero, and partly because of the way RC disscussed how heroine had too much sex with the om.
Not my cup of tea, Exhausting it took me forever to finish this book, The story had potential as the couple were already engaged to be marry when the book started, This was more like a sad story about a confused immature young woman than a romance, Hero was in love heroine was a dumb ass, If you have nothing better to do and I mean nothing better then go ahead and read this one, Beautiful story, unlike so many of the Harlequin romance stories,
This book may be the worst Harlequin romance I evet read, And that is because of the woman,

The woman is about to marry the man, but breaks up her very good relationship because she overhears his sister saying that her brother wants a certain career.
Then she lies to the poor man about the reason why she wants to leave him,

As if that isnt enough, she finds out she is pregnant, She goes on to marry a man who isyears older than her because she cant take care of herself financially after hearing that she cant pursue a ballet career.
She sleeps with her older husband while being pregnant of another man,

The stupidity doesnt stop there, She gives birth to a baby girl, but finds out the baby is very ill and only has a few days to live, Even then she does not tell the man that he has a daughter so he could have at least seen his daughter once, The baby dies without ever knowing her father,

I call her stupid, but actually she was cruel, Very cruel. The man did nothing wrong, was in love with her, treated her like a queen, And what he got from her in return, was cruelty,

I cant stand that woman, He deserves a better woman than she is, Ugh. Did such a perfect love only tempt fate

Young, beautiful, Sara Demaine was on the verge of a brilliant career as a prima ballerina, desperately in love with Dr.
