complications, love rules when it comes to family,
Egg donation brings complications to families if not handled properly, In this excellent plot, the eightyearold triplets who have lost their birth mother go looking for the woman who created the eggs before their birth.
Each of the children handles life a different way, which endears them to the reader, Added to the conflict between the adults when they meet, all five personalities must find a way to get the love they need,
I always enjoy books by Jacqueline Diamond, Especially ones with children involved ! Yours, Mine and Ours
An old concept but it worked, Triplets find out that their mom had to use a donor eggs to get pregnant, This happens after their mom died, These were above normal children, So they find out who their bio mom is and hatch a plan, You can guess the rest, The cosmic universe was in play, And the staid father has his hands full of interfering people in his life,/Stars Flint is a seismologist and he runs his own consultancy firm offering advice to communities and businesses along the California coast, Robin is a dance and drama teacher at a local private school, and thanks to Flint's advice to the school board, she now finds herself without a job because her drama building has been shut down for renovations to meet Flint's strict codes.
Flint's a widower of eight year old triplets, two boys and a girl, having lost his wife to a waterskiing accident three years ago.
The children are exceptionally bright and ever since their mother's death, Flint has kept a tight rein on them, and still they manage to chase away every nanny he hires.
With school out for summer vacation, Flint needs someone to take charge of his kids, His daughter, Caitlin, is a brainiac, and when in the mail a letter arrives from a fertility clinic, she learns that she and her brothers are the result of egg donation.
Now this kid is savvy, and she manages to unearth who the donor is and discovers it none other than Robin, the teacher Flint has put out of a job.
In cahoots with her brothers, she convinces Flint that Robin is the perfect nanny for them and desperate for child care, Flint approaches her.
When she lost her job, Robin was forced to move in with her psychic mother, so when Flint tells her about the job and that it's live in, she considers it.
It's the kids that win her over, because Flint and his very regimented schedules, clash with her freestyle of teaching, And just as she moves in, she too receives a letter from the fertility clinic announcing that they are about to close, and would she be interested in her medical records.
When the records arrive, Robins shocked to learn that her eggs were donated to Flint's wife, and that shes' the biological mother to his triplets.
This is the first book I've read by Ms, Diamond and I really enjoyed it, I like that she gave the children very distinctive personalities, and that she made Flint and Robin opposites in theirs, Flint is struggling to hold on to his wife's memory, and it scares him when his kids bond so well with Robin, Robin is torn when she discovers that the kids are hers, especially when she clashes with Flint at every turn, This is a fun summertime read,./.
Full of random circumstance and wacky behavior, this is a romance for believers in fate!

Loved it from the start to the end, It was really an enjoyable read, Good Book
This was an Good Book, It will make you laugh, The ending was Good, also, Will definitely read more of her books, This is the first novel Ive read by author Jacqueline Diamond, I loved it! The story flowed, moving effortlessly through the characters lives, building tension, keeping me turning the pages, There are several interwoven plots, making for a complex and engaging novel,
Theres the main plot, the growing romance between Robin, an unemployed dance teacher, whos lost her job, and Flint, a seismic safety consultant.
Not only does Robin lose her job because of Flints consultant work, she ends up as a nanny to widower Flints triplets, She thought she was offered the job because shed make a great nanny, Flint thought the same. Little
do either she or Flint know that the three children have manipulated both of them into it,
Then, theres a subplot thats just as engaging: Robins mother Gigis quest to communicate with the spirit world, Robin thinks her mother is a bit eccentric and always wonders if she makes it all up, But when the spirits start communicating with Robin, well, things get interesting,
Another plot running through the book is the relationship of Robin to the children shes taking care of, Shes the biological mother, having donated her eggs years ago to a nowclosed clinic, As Robin sees herself in the triplets, in their faces, and temperaments, she finds herself asking: what does make a mother
Jacqueline Diamonds writing sparkles.
Its full of energy and snap, Its laughoutloud funny. I enjoyed this book so much that Ill definitely be reading other books by this author, This is a fun book with lovable people, Light and sweet MOTHER OF THREE AND NEVER BEEN KISSED!
When Robin Lindstrom hired on as nanny for Flint Harris's kids, she sure didn't expect to find that the eggs she'd donated back in college had hatched triplets and her lively charges were her own children!
Worse still, the tenacious trio turned out to be fourstar matchmakers! They saw her as the perfect mom and they pulled out all the stops to convince their daddy.
But how could Robin explain to them that she and their dad had nothing in common except a sizzling attraction And what would Flint say when he found out he had three kids with a woman he'd never even touched Yours, Mine and Ours is sweet and fun.
I can almost see it being made into a TV movie, Flint Harris and Robin Lindstrom meet at first they dont like each other as they are polar opposites, however, widower, Flint Harris calculating triplets have brought them together for a reason.
Robin is actually the childrens biological mother, having donated her eggs years ago,
This is a straightforward, fun and funny read, The characters are well drawn and believable, Each has their own charm, Well done.
Charming, funny story of heroine who donates eggs to make money when she's in college, and the babies that come from that donation.
Diamond has long been one of my favorite category authors and she didn't disappoint with this one,
The heroine was a lovely, outgoing teacher and the hero, a seismologist, was a tightass, uptight, rigid, assjack who was desperately in need of a good shakeup.
Toss in his adorable, bright triplets, and her charming but offkilter psychic mother and you have a charming story set in Southern California, The trouble with these triplets is that they want a mother, but not just any mother, Their hearts are set on the egg donor who made their family possible, Brick, Caitlyn, and Aaron set out to bring passionate, dedicated teacher, Robin Lindstrom, into their home, despite all efforts by their disciplined, safetyoriented, structural engineer Dad, Flint Harris.
The precious trio of eightyearolds, though, are quite well versed in how to handle Dad, and they know more about Robin than she ever dreamed possible.
Can this unlikely pairing, who can't come to an agreement without arguing, ever make it as a couple
Jacqueline Diamond draws the reader immediately into the story, creating conflict, with practiced ease.
The children aren't only precocious, they're also crafty, definitely eightyearolds at their finest, It's easy to get lost in this tale of an impossible love match between a woman whose mother runs a fortune telling business, and a man who fears abandonment and loss so much that he creates a sternly ordered world, where everything is safe, structured, a place no one disappears from, because they only have time for what he has deemed correct.
From the setting, a community on the beach, aptly named Beachside, to the spark producing conflict between Robin and Flint, the reader cheers when they can't ignore their attraction, and gasps in horror when the unplanned topples their lives.
The addition of an adorable set of triplets, who have their own issues, Diamond has created a wonderful world to lose oneself in for a day, or two, as they travel from two souls meant to be together, but who must also make decisions based on their realities that they are like oil and water, never to be mixed.
Or is that completely wrong
I thoroughly enjoyed this novel and highly recommend it to all lovers of a great romance between total opposites.
