I really love about this book sis the balance, Of everything.
The plot was very good and the character development is fantastic,

I'm in my teens and when I saw it's original cover, I was like "I read an old book" I didn't mean that in a bad way actually, It made me appreciate it more because the writing style was quite modern.
And I love the author!

:Me to the characters of this book: Im too tired to write a review, you guys have exhausted me.
Do me a favour and introduce yourselves, And please state your special talent,

Younger sister of heroine: Hi, my name is Val, Im a spoilt entitled bitch, My mummy died when I was, My daddy hates kids so my older sister took care of me, I have learnt that the world revolves around me and I can do whatever I want, My sister bails me out of whatever shenanigans I get into, My special talent: Imand dont know how to adult!

Heroine: My name is well I cant tell you because Im pretending to be Val, my sister since she ran away.
Ive pretty much forgotten my real identity, But its ok, I also respond to names like sucker, pushover, doormat, idiot, My special talent: I can mould myself to whatever the next person wants me to be, As long as its not a stretch and stays along the line of idiot martyr,

Heros nephew aka boyfriend to heroines sister: My name is

Heroine: Wait! I wasnt done! Isnt it enough that this book is all about you Just once, Id like to able to finish my sentences!

Nephew: Do you mind! I was blinded and left to die at the car crash by your sister!

Heroine: And I had to sit next to you in the hospital, hold your hand, kiss you on the mouth whenever you wanted which I enjoyed by the way, youre a good kisser.
Then I had to fly to Canada to be with you for three weeks to help you recuperate, Put on a stupid wig so that you couldnt tell it was me, All thanks to the arm twisting tactics of your lousy uncle, whom I love now forever, by the way, Weve had a couple of make out sessions and I know hes the one,

Hero: Aww I love you too, honey, Wait what what did you do with my nephew again

Boyfriend of heroine: While I, as the sole voice of logic, have pointed out over and over to everyone, that you, idiot nephew, are at fault.
You allowed an irresponsibleyearold girl without a driving license to drive your sports car! And now everyone has to walk on eggs till youre better, so you can regain your eyesight and man up to your bad decisions! And me Ive done nothing wrong! Im the real victim here!

Heroine: Please, errr dont make a scene, err

Boyfriend: Simon! My name is Simon! We went out for three fucking years dammit! Just because I live with my mother and like to have lunch on Sundays with her sister, and wear tweed Oh, whats the point! As long as you remember we are on a break while youre in Canada.
Dont pull a RozRachelcopiergirl stunt on me,

Heroine: Uhoh

Hero: Oops

Anne Mather: Who is this RozRachel I only watch bad soap operas from thes to research for my romance.

Hero: Alright, everyone, quiet, Im speaking now and you know how much I love the sound of my own voice, Readers, guess where Im from Canada! You think Canadians are the nicest people in the world, dont you Well, youre wrong! Once in a while we trip up and produce a you think Im going to say dickhead, dont you Wrong again, Im an idiot!

Me: Yeah, I wasnt very happy about that, One less idiot in HP land would have been alright, Ok, people, thank you, thats enough, This is my fourth Anne Mather novel and frankly, Im done, Never ever reading one again, Evverrr. flounces off in a huff

Margaret Pargeter pouring outcups of tea: Dont worry, shell be back, She said that about me too,

Anne Mather: They always come back, clinks her cup with MP I dont understand the good reviews for this book,

The h called Rhia has a younger sister named Len, Len was driving a car without having a driving licence, Her boyfriend Glyn was sitting next to her in the car,

Len causes an accident as a result of which Glyn lies in a coma in the hospital fighting for his life, Len is alright.

Len goes to the h Rhia to say that she lied to the police that she was with Rhia at the time of the accident.
And she says that she put Glyns feet on the pedals of the car so it would like he was behind the steering wheel when the accident happened.

Rhias logic to go along with her sisters plan to lie, is that it would not be of any benefit to Glyn who lies in the hospital if Len would be prosecuted.

I mean, is Rhia kidding What logic is that Then you would not need to prosecute anyone, because no harm can be undone.
If you kill a person, you cant make him alive again, so lets just not prosecute

After that I really disliked the h.
She takes stupid to another level,

I tried to read further, but then I read she had to act to Glyn as if she is her sister, So she kisses him and he kisses her and bla bla,

All the time the H is there too, watching, because he is Glyns uncle, Thats so sick to keep it all in the family, To kiss and touch both men,

So I DNFed,

This book needed a minusstar rating, An old favorite

I revisited this old but good story I was happy to find this as an ebook, I liked the Hero and Heroine the secondary characters are well written I enjoyed this book I hope more of the Harlequin books from thes ands are made available as ebooks Could she disguise her love for Jared

Rhia couldn't refuse to impersonate her sister after Valentina had fled to aid in Glyn Fraser's recovery.
It was Val's fault the young man had been blinded in a car crash,

Jared Fraser, Glyn's autocratic uncle, who had flown in from Canada to take charge, saw it that way, too, And even if consciencestricken Rhia hadn't agreed, Jared would have found a way to make her,

Soon, however the simple wellintentioned deception got way out of hand, And for Rhia the problem wasn't Glyn it was Jared! I totally thought this book was amazing, The hero hunted down the heroines sister to find out she had disappeared, so he made the heroine do the dirty work because the heroine's sisters boyfriend was in an accident and blinded, so now the heroine was left the play the part.
However the hero didn't realize what a mistake that was until he fell in love with the heroine, Leído el

Now you really have to check credibility at the door with this one, . .

You have mistaken identity, jealous boyfriend, wacky sister and evil OW who is two just shades off her rocker .

But somehow AM just made it all just work!
Rhea is another one of Anne Mather's heroines who seems to be cursed by Echo and afflicted with a stutter.
She also just seems to go wherever the wind blows pretend you're your sister, . . yes sir! Come to Canada, . . yes sir! Get lost in the mist and fall off a cliff, . . ffall off a ccliff, yyes ssir! I really liked this one, A good story that takes place in both England and Canada, It seems like neither of the criminals in this story were brought to justice, which sucked, because the second one really deserved to be arrested.
Not a whole lot of interaction between the H and h because of the circumstances, but their love was believable, Could she disguise her love for Jared

The trouble was, she never used to finish any of the stories, and Caroline, her first published book as Anne Mather, was the first book she'd actually completed.
She was newly married then, and her daughter was just a baby, and it was quite a job juggling her household chores and scribbling away in exercise books every chance she got.
Not very professional, as you can see, but that's the way it was, The rest as they say in history, And now, thanbooks later, she's literally excuse the pun staggered by what happened, She also published books as Caroline Fleming or Cardine Fleming, Her Anne Mather's novel, Leopard in the Snow, was developed into amovie, Mildred now has two grown up children, a son and daughter, and two adorable grandchildren, Abigail and Ben, sitelink.
