Explore Those Promised Paradize- Stories Of The Sahabah Vol I Illustrated By Noura Durkee Presented In Paper Edition
sha Allah for this beautiful introduction to the Sahabah, The book gets five from me because it does exactly what it intends to do, It introduces and tells important stories of theSahabah Promised Paradise during the time of the Prophet Muhammad, While this book is not sophisticated, it does make clear why each and every servant of Allah presented in it deserve the blessings promised.
I would recommend this book to young adult Muslims or those who have recently converted, in sha' Allah, I loved reading these stories! I've always heard the names of the Prophet's PBUH closest friends and those who were the first believers in Islam.
Reading this book allowed me to not only put a story behind a name, but also learn the events in which the Quran was revealed to the Prophet PBUH.
There
are so many lessons that we can learn from the Sahabah because each one had their unique attribute to bring to their Muslim community.
For example, Hamza and Omar MABPWT brought protection and strength in battles, Bilal had a beautiful voice and helped establish the Iquama, Ja'far was a wonderful spokesperson and had a way with words, and Ai'isha, the Prophet's wife and daughter of Abu Bakr, the best friend of the Prophet PBUH, brought stability and curiosity to the Ummah May Allah be please with all of them.
Because of their strength, courage, generosity, love for their religion and their Prophet PBUH, the Sahabah mentioned in this book we all promised paradise.
With books like this one, along with the guidance of the Quran, I feel like I have a perfect manual or recipe for how I am able to enter paradise and join the Prophets and the Sahabah, Insha'Allah.
I enjoyed the book for its stories and beautiful descriptions of the Sahaba, I wasn't the biggest fan of the writing style because it could be unclear at times and there isn't always a clear sequence of ideas.
Nicely written great to read to the kids and not have to adjust the wording for their understanding, Good childrens book
This book seems to be primarily aimed at younger audiences, It provides brief snippets of lives of companions of the Prophet PBUH, The kindle version had some mistakes but not factual mistakes, Overall a good read for adolescents, recommended by engy sitelink facebook. com/engy. foda/po This unique book is the first volume in IQRA's series entitled Stories of the Sahabah as adapted by Mrs, Noura Durkee.
