Well, the sexiest average Joe is just that Joe, Joe Tedesco, But the contest has certain stipulations according the Miss Carly Pendleton with Carly's Couture, a fashion blog, Once on board things do not go according to plandoes it ever and that just adds to the juiciness of the story, You can not help to get caught up with the pressure that builds between Joe and Carly, Sometimes you just can't fight fate and in this case why would

you, And sometimes it is fate that lands you in the wrong bed, All I can tell you is that when that pressure blows between Joe and Carly, you will not want to miss it,
Any romance love will regret not reading Jillian Burns' "Cabin Fever"!!!!!!!!!!
She couldn't afford to slow down her pace, to let herself go soft.
Joe was a great guy, But he'd never survive a relationship with her, . . And there was no sense putting herself or Joe through that kind of heartache,

Sigh. I am upset about this book, Joe is a firefighter whose sisters secretly entered him in a 'sexy Average Joe' contest, His prize includes a Caribbean cruise and a photo shoot for Modiste magazine, Carly, entrepreneur and fashionblogger, is running the show, Due to a rather convoluted mixup, Joe ends up stumbling into her cabin atin the morning, thinking it's his own room, He crawls in bed with her, After they both get over their initial shock, one thing leads to another, Thus this Cabin Fever's placement in the WRONG BED series, Yeah, don't ask. o. O

Let's break this down,

JOE:
OMG I adore this man, He is just EXACTLY what I look for in a man: patient, kind, understanding, easygoing, with no temper, He just lets everything roll off his back, Wow. So much heart for him, ltltltMy idea of the perfect guy, Chill, relaxed, infinitely patient guys just turn me on SO MUCH,

Unfortunately, Burns pairs him with:

CARLY
Oh, my gosh, this woman is such a jerk, Prickly, shorttempered, passiveaggressive, and extremely careerdriven this woman was driving me up the wall, She so did not deserve Joe, Grrrrr. She just stomps on his heart again and again and he just takes it and keeps going back to her and I was angry, With her, not with him, Argh! How can you treat Joe like this!!! She initially just uses him for sex, as if he's her own personal toy, Then she breaks his heart, Then, she meets some trouble with the press, and he calls her, He comes over and makes a homemade dinner for her and they spend the night together and she breaks his heart AGAIN, Then, she calls him during the Superbowl and begs him to come over, For some unimaginable reason he agrees, They have a cute, sweet, romantic Superbowlwatching night, Aw. I like this. THEN WAIT FOR IT She breaks his heart again!!!! Wash, rinse repeat, The author tries hard to make Carly a sympathetic character, but in my mind this fails,

Needless to say, this is a romance and you know they are going to end up together, but I have to assert that I did NOT like this heroine AT ALL.
She was not making me happy at ANY point in the story, What a waste. The hero was such a gem, :

It was too fast and there was not enough kissing, Go slower and add more kissing,


Tl dr Amazing hero that I wanted to meet in real life, OMG. So hot personality. Mouthwatering personality. Jerky, inconsiderate heroine who is selfcentered and steamrolls all over the hero's poor heart, Repeatedly. : The sex is too fast and there should have been more, longer, and more detailed kissing scenes,

The story was great! I love cruises so I really enjoyed this book, The main character, Carly, was a bit frustrating at times but she had reasons to be with her past relationship with her father and mother, Joe was wonderful and I loved how his family accepted and welcomed Carly so quickly,

A fun read I recommend to everyone, Whilst reading I had no idea why we were hearing Piper's side of things to know there's a follow up of her own romance, it makes more sense.
Nicely paced, this was an easy read, Full of chemistry and emotions so hot I couldn't put it down! Miniseries: The Wrong Bed This fun, wrong bed novel was a pleasantly original take on the sexy fireman trope.
I liked both main characters and their motivations were clear and understandable, It did bother me that Joes surprise entry into the contest was only guessed at but never confirmed, This omission makes the entire premise seem simply too convenient and underlies the rest of the story with an element of doubt, Despite that, it was a lot of fun to read, This was cute. The byplay between the hero and heroine was really nice, with lots of spicy notes as they clashed, desperately fighting each other and their own desires.


I really enjoyed Carly, I thought her personality was great, it's really good to see a strong, intelligent and confident female lead in romance, instead of simpering wallflowers.
I was kind of less impressed with Joe, as he seemed a little too good, a little too perfect, does anyone really have it all However, everyone has their own inner demons, and underneath his buff, devilmaycare exterior Joe has his, which of course, only Carly can subdue.


The tension point between his newfound fame, Carly's career, and her family past was particularly well executed and gave a really logical reason for the romantic pause.


Overall, a very satisfying wink, balanced and interesting hot romance story, This was a fun and quick read, I look forward to learning more about Piper and, hopefully, how Carly and Joe settle into a lasting relationship, Thanks for the Goodreads giveaway, This erotic read was fairly good except for a lot of erotica, It had a storyline that grabbed at you and made the characters feel real, I found it a pretty fast story, It did have a secondary surprise at the end that I liked, Average romance with nice, but shallow characters, Quick read. such a cute book Loved me some fireman, Hadn't read any of the Blaze in many years, I won this one from Jillian Burns on, So glad that I did, This is one that I will put on the shelf for a winter read, Have to read again.
