Obtain Pathfinder: Origins #2 Chronicled By James L. Sutter Displayed In Version
story is taken on by another writer this time, but I enjoyed this about as much as I enjoyed the last one, The art style seemed to bother me more in this one for whatever reason, and I'm not sure why, Some of it seemed finely detailed, and some of it seemed to be too heavy in ink lines that had no purpose but to blur the picture.
The
story is different enough that comparing the stories betweenandwould be unfair, but as they are in the same series I have to admit there is a pattern.
There is someone else teaching the main character of the story a lesson in some way and offering help, but the flaw here is that why would a priestess or whatever she actually is of the Goddess of Redemption be set loose upon the world without truly believing in it To prove herself to the legendary Pathfinder Society, the holy warrior Kyra recounts a tale of heroism from her youth in the distant land of Qadira.
When a village of desert ratfolk is massacred, only Kyra and the paladin Seelah are willing to take up their cause and hunt down the bloodsucking monstrosities responsible.
