Gain Access To Within A Captains Fate (Captains Of The Scarlet Night, #3) By Lisa A. Olech Disseminated As Pamphlet
I enjoyed the other books in this series, but this was not for me, The HEA of two previous characters in the series is destroyed, which violates some kind of unspoken romance novel agreement, With the arrival of book three in Lisa A, Olechs Captains of the Scarlet Night books, Within A Captains Fate, this authors accomplished writing comes to the forefront as she further elaborates on her series with another impressive installment.
Not many things are more satisfying then reading a series where every book is as absorbing as its predecessors and Ms, Olechs current work continues this trend,
When gregarious ladies' man, pirate Henry “Ric” Robbins comes across beautiful captive Jocelyn Beauchamp being auctioned off in as a slave in Port Royal he knows he must rescue her.
The ensuing romance between these two characters is wonderful to watch as it unfolds and exposes honest moments of closeness and caring shadowed by vulnerability, A powerful sexual attraction simmers and flames at just the right intervals to keep the
pace of this story moving briskly, This writers research is praiseworthy as she inserts fascinating historical content into her work seamlessly,
When reading a story by Lisa A, Olech one can expect to break through the barriers of the pages she writes on and share in an amazing adventure, Irresistible, readers will happily sign on for the on going happenings of the crew of the Scarlet Night and this authors vivid imagination!
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
While part of a series this book can be read as a stand alone, Wherever the tides take you, . .
Guided by the winds of fate, Henry Ric Robbins arrives on a hot June day in Port Royal, But the moment he sets foot on what should be a pirates paradise, hes driven to steal a woman destined for slavery, survives the worst natural disaster to ever hit the isle of Jamaica, and answers the call to be captain of the Scarlet Night.
Jocelyn Beauchamps life is one of privilegeuntil she is rudely thrown into the hands of pirates, Freed from the chains of her cloistered society, Jocelyn is drawn to her newfound life at seareckless, thrilling, and utterly unpredictable, And the man who saved her life not once, but twicewhy not do it all over again Love Ric and Jocelyn when Ric saves her from the auction block you know he is destined to fall head over heels for the beauty but of course there are obstacles to love.
. . well worth the read and looking forward to reading book, 'Within a Captain's Fate' by Lisa A, Olech is book three in the " Captains of the Scarlet Night" series, This is the story of Henry Ric Robbins and Jocelyn Beauchamp, I have read the other books in this series but I feel this is a standalone book,
Ric saved Jocelyn from a slave auction block where she was taken to, Ric and Jocelyn has a quick attraction that just grows, Now that Jocelyn isn't in her old life she feels free and being saved by Ric again only adds to that, Ric was once a ladies man but that too is changing for him, This was a great romance to 'watch' grow,
"My honest review is for a special copy I voluntarily read, " Great book
I love reading her books she never disappoints, Romance and pirates sexy sexy, The sexy parts are not overly done they are prefect, There was a sad part in this book about tupper, Lisa is an artist/writer living in her dream house nestled among the lakes in New England, She loves getting lost in a steamy book, finding the perfect pair of sexy shoes, and hearing the laughter of her men, Being an estrogen island in a sea of testosterone makes her queen, She believes in ghosts, silver linings, the power of a man in a tuxedo, and happy endings, Lisa would love to hear from her readers, .
