is a very disjointed collection, It starts off being The Punisher during Civil War and its in and out of the main story so you have to know whats going on there for the first few issues to make any sense.
Then theres a short road trip to the Mexican border and then it ends with an alien invasion from World War Hulk I believe.

I've really come to expect so much more from Matt fraction, I got no new perspective on the punisher and overall it was just boring, I legitimately fell asleep more than once, Additionally, whenever any side characters came into play we got no introductions for them and unless you are familiar with all of them from other books you have no idea who they are, what their skill sets are, or even if they're good guys or bad guys.
