Snag Your Copy Shadows Of The Past (Miracle #7) Assembled By Shea Balik File Format Electronic Format

book was more sweet then any of the others, I felt so bad for Kassian, It wasn't fair what happened to his family, But I loved how Mila still looked out for her brother,. This story tore me a new one! Dang I cried so much for Kessian, But as much as I cried for him, I was so proud for him too, After everything he's been through in his life, he had every reason to stay holed up and want to die.
Survivors guilt is a tough thing, Meeting his mate, scary as can be because of what Hudson was, But Kessian was an overcomer, Maybe not in one day, maybe not in one year, But he kept trying. He didn't want to live his life in fear and despair anymore and he pushed to be happy, To get out of his comfort zone and move forward, It helped now that he finally had backup to support and love him, but still, He wanted to be better and to move forward and I was so stinking proud of him, And so happy Hudson knew when to listen to every instinct, Because of it, he knew how to take care of his mate and it made all the difference, This one was just ok, and I have a lot of questions at the end

This book was very sweet in how it ended but I would have liked to have seen Hudson have to deal with his own demons as well.
It felt very onesided one character development,

Also, what is going on with all of the side plots that arm to have fallen away Where is the threat from Edrick's father Or really, from any of his friends' fathers Roscoe certainly seemed to have been set up to become a major player, but

that seems to have disappeared.
Is this the end now that all of the original pack have mated This was absolutely nothing like the rest of the books in this series so far and I absolutely loved it.
Quickpages or so read,
Great addition to the series, Enjoyable and Entertaining read.

It's like failure in the
whole line, dismissed, repeat the class I really liked this seventh book of the series.
It was probably my favourite so far,

Since the beginning of the Miracle series we have heard about the murders that occurred there in the past, and Hudson and Nole have been trying to track down a ghost.
Now that the last old building has been knocked down Hudson is worried that the ghost they have been chasing might disappear.
Add to that the fact that he has to watch his friends and their mates get cozy together at Christmas and Hudson isnt really loving his life.
But then he meets his mate, Kassian, after Kassian has once again attempted suicide only to be stopped by his sister, the ghost that Hudson has been hunting.
Hudson quickly realizes that any problems he thought he had, are nothing compared to the hell Kassian has been living in for the last seventy years.

I think I enjoyed this book the most because it felt as though there was more depth to it than the previous books in the series.
You really felt that Kassian was tormented by the murders of his parents and sister, whereas in previous books when we had characters who had been raped, I didnt really feel their mental suffering.
Maybe it was because of the lack of fighting and violence in this one, there was more focus on the characters development.
Having said that, I loved the battles in previous books, but this was a nice change of pace, I also appreciated the “resolution” if you could call it that, of Kassian coming face to face with the possible murderer.
It wasnt perfectly designed coincidence to give him the closure that I kind of expected hed get, But I actually thought what the author did with that was better than what I assumed would happen,

Another bonus, the author finally gave us a book where one of the mates doesnt reject the other the instant they meet.
Despite the fact that it was a big cat that killed Kassians family, and thats exactly what Hudson is, both men are simply happy to find their mate.

So now Ive read all seven of the books that have already been released, and I guess Im going to have to wait now for the next one.
Although all of our original cats now have their mates, there are still several other shifters just waiting in line.

sitelink He didnt deserve a happily ever after,

Hudson Martin watched as each of his best friends had found their mates, knowing he would never find his own.
He didnt deserve to. Hed done too many terrible things in his life to ever hope to receive the gift of a mate.
On Christmas Day, seeing his friends gathered around with the one person meant for them had been bittersweet, He was happy for his friends, but it felt like salt being rubbed into an open wound, It hurt.

Please, just let me die,

Kassian had only one wish in life, to join his sister and parents in death, He should have died with them instead of surviving that terrifying night, This year, he was determined not to let anything stop him, or in this case, anyone, His sister, although dead, had stuck around, hindering him in some of the most frustrating ways possible, not allowing him to join his family in death.
This year may be her best attempt, for as he lay on the floor waiting to die, the visions of the past holding him in their grip, he gets yanked back to the present by the most intoxicating scent hes ever scented from a man.
A man who gives him something he hasnt had in over seventy years, Peace.

There may be hope for them both,

Hudson and Kassian discover this little town was aptly named, because it had taken a Miracle to bring them together.
More importantly, it will take that Miracle for them to find their way to each other, and to chase away the Shadows of the Past.
This story was so heartwarming and really gave me the warm fuzzies, Hudson finds his mate, Kassian, curled up on the floor in the middle of a nightmare, Kassian was suffering from survivor's guilt and has been for many years, Hudson also finds out that the ghost that he had been seeing was Kassian's sister, Mila, I loved the part that she played in this story and I also appreciated the many happy moments that Hudson and Kassian were able to share together.
The plot was well executed and, as always, the characters were charming and full of amusing banter, I loved this touching addition to the seties, Tender as well as enthralling, Fun but

Fun but heartbreaking yet really good, Bittersweet. A lighthearted but bittersweet story of background if Miracle but nice love story It has beenyears since I originally read the firstbooks in this series.
I am so happy I will be able to read the nextback to back, Still love this series. Well written with well developed characters,

Wow!!!
This one, out of all the books in the series, shows the human aspect to shifters most.
Unfortunately it isn't always a pleasant sight, Kassian's growth though makes it worth while, Hudson had to learn to forgive himself and Kassian had to learn to let the past's hold on him go.
What's so good about this series is the psychological, The symptoms these men have are strong and the author doesn't do quick fixes,
