Boston Escape had possibilities, but fell short, Paris has to drive her ex's car cross country and Caleb agrees to share expenses to also get to New York for a job, The story was cute and could have been fun, but I could not connect with the characters, Paris is into Feng Shui and tarot readings, She grew up in a trailer park, but graduated from Harvard, Caleb is an exchild star from a famous family, who is trying to start fresh as a photographer without tapping his finances, I liked Caleb, but Paris was all over the place, Her actions throughout the book were over the top and by halfway through, I had enough of her, I finished the story, but Paris was too much,

After reading the firstbooks I didn't know what to expect but I knew it would be good, I wasn't disappointed at all, It's totally different from the last book but is great in its own right, you still get the over lap of characters coming through which I loved and I think it helps with a series knowing the characters and having them in the background of every book seeing them grow in everything they do and learning new things about them.

Melissa still touches on delicate subjects but is very careful about how she writes things and how it comes across,
I really liked Paris in the last book and I'm glad you get chance to know her better in this book where you see her at her most vulnerable whilst learning how she made bad choices with men and why her heart is so guarded.

I loved the fact that it was based on a cross country drive with an unexpected shotgun driver,
Yet another book I couldn't put down once I started it, one page turned to a chapter which then turned out to be the whole book,
You just get caught up in everything about it, Melissa has such a great way of writing which captures your imagination and you start to imagine what the characters look like and sound like, In parts I wanted to give both Paris and Caleb a shake and in others I wanted to hug them and comfort them as if they were good friends,
Paris is a beautiful young woman that lacks in confidence from being hurt so much in the past and Caleb is terrified of his past catching up with him.
Both have to face it head on before they can move on, both bring out the best of each other helping each other along the way on each stage of this road trip.

I loved that this book was so different to the last because it shows you the variation of writing styles that Melissa has, just how talented Melissa is and what an imagination.
I can't wait for the next in this series to see how Melissa works her magic with that book and find out who she's working her magic on,
She's such a great writer I know everything she writes makes for a great read,
I'd definitely recommend this book either as a stand alone or as part of the series, An amazing story that grabs you from at the beginning and won't let you go until you've read the final page, Wellwritten with characters the author allows you to feel their emotions, Looking forward to the next book in this series,

I really like the storyline and flow, Paris annoyed me with her need to check with everyone instead of trusting the voice inside herself, I understand why she was the way she was but calling Cali before doing anything drove so crazy, I wanted her to be more like the Paris she was when she decided to go meet a character alone even though Caleb didn't want her to, No escaping what the heart wants!

I actually like this story! It was different than any other books I read so far this year, The writing was done beautifully and flows throughout the book, This is my first time reading from this author and she did awesome job! The characters were great and unexpected and funny, Their journey through to see where they end up at Great freaking work Melissa Belle! I love to escape in these kind of books, This is the kind of story you kinda know can't really happen in real life, not everything, I loved Survivor, I think he was my favorite character with Caleb and Paris being a close second, I'm now going to have to read the novella prequel to find out what I missed, I love Melissa and will read anything she writes, She trusts him with her bodybut can she trust him with her heart

I loved the dynamics between Paris and Caleb, Their witty banter only fueled their growing attraction to one another, They are both in for one life changing ride!

A witty, steamy yet heartwarming read thats sure to please those who enjoy sexy contemporary romances! A definite must read!

Paris needs to travel to retrieve her ex's car before he reports it stolen, She's hoping her friend will make the journey with her but gets let down, To make it up her friend gets someone to ride shotgun with her, the only issue is he's male,
This book tells of how they both learn to trust another person again but it's a difficult road they have to travel,
I really enjoyed this book, Road Trip Love

This book was layered, It ar first felt like it was going to be a fun and flirty read, which it was, However it tackled real issues around domestic violence, cheating, ptsd, anxiety, and even pet abuse, Paris was a quirky character she was so unfiltered and seem to randomly speak her mind, Caleb was an interesting character, protective, slightly guarded, beyond handsome, and sweet with a big heart, Paris was so brave and although Caleb was protective of her she ended up saving him and pushing him towards taking care of himself, This was a good read and definitely unlike any love story I've read, WOW Best Road Trip Ever and finding Survivor!!! This is the first book I have read from this author and overall I give it two thumbs up! Although this is a standalone book, I felt as though I should have read the previous series “The Boston Billionaires” as Cali and London are mentioned in this book and their friendship.
This book is about Paris and Caleb, Her story starts out pretty sad with living in a home where domestic violence is happening between her mom and stepfather, She has a very big heart and because he is the only man she has had as a father figure, she tends to somewhat forgive him for his acts that nearly killed her mom.
She then meets her biological father that did not know that she existed and due to that she ends up living with him while she finishes high school and starts college.
Caleb is a photographer, but before then was a movie star a life that he left as he couldnt stand being fake,

The story takes off when Paris received a message from her ex that states he wants his fancy car that she took to California back in NYC in a couple of weeks.
She wants to close this chapter of her life and end this connection she has with this cheating SOB, so she agrees and asks her friend in California to come back with her on the road trip as she is done with men and calls this a mancation.
To her surprise her friend is unable to go with her, but she has a substitution, it is actually funny how they met, but she goes along with it, Caleb and Paris take off on their two week road trip from California to NYC and along the way they end up with Survivor, a rescue dog, There is a lot that happens during this trip, that is why it is a bit longer than needed, but overall the story was good, There is a lot to take in from domestic abuse, surviving skills as a kid, humiliation, learning to accept success, and mostly learn to forgive,

for Paris's story, especially since she's such an anomaly, She does Feng Shui and has this whole earthy vibe going on, She borrowed her exboyfriend's car when they were still together, and Jade has had it in California, When he calls on a whim and wants his car back, she's stuck going back to get it and drive it to Boston, The problem is that she's probably the worse driver in the world and is easily distracted along with having trouble staying awake in cars, So, she needs a shotgun rider to share the drive with, Along comes Caleb, a recommendation from a friend, who needs to make his way across the country for a photo shoot, He used to be an actor, but now he's behind the camera, The problem is, he has to tell a lie of omission in order to get into the car with Paris who does not trust actors, Oh, and she has decided to take a break from dating because of her bad luck with men, Of course this leads to all sorts of mayhem for a couple driving cross country together, How do they fight their attraction to each other, and what is Paris going to do when she finds out about his previous line of work When they make a compromise of sorts, they both find their hearts involved, but Paris is spooked by the entire situation.
How will he convince her that he isn't like any of the men she's dated

I love this entire group of people the author has written, They are each broken in some way that keeps them from love and commitment, yet it's the thing each of them craves, There are hurtles to jump and difficult situations to work through for each to find their happily ever after, and no one writes it quite like Ms, Belle. This story is full of humor and angst, heartbreak and pain, It's sexy and addictive, made me laugh and cry, It has all of the feels I require from a romance, and I can't wait to see which one of the group she writes about next, I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book,
OMG, I loved this book so much that I didn't want to put it down, I loved the characters and how their relationship evolves, I can't wait till the next book in this series, I recommend this must read, I liked Caleb amp Paris' story, Good characters.
