I actually really enjoyed this book despite it having two things that I normally cant stand in a story.
I hate it when the hero is still on okay/good terms with his ex andI dont generally like second chance at love stories, especially when its the heros fault.
This story managed to still grab me even though it contained those two things, I think that makes it a pretty gripping tale, First things first I really like the cover of this book!

This was an okay second chance romance but I wasnt wowed.
I didnt feel any great chemistry between Ezra and Lillian, I liked Violet however. Sweet

We get to find out what happened and truthfully was a l was little mad at the situation, I know I probably would not have been as forgiving as Lillian, but then the story wouldn't work well.

Oh this book, It tore at my emotions, I wanted to hate Ezra and Sage for Lillian and what they did to her, She was so much stronger than me in forgiving them, But it was a great book and he turned out to be a good guy, Ezra and Lillian will touch your hearts in this charming story, They were great friends and she thought that they were destined to become so much more until onenight changes the course of their lives.
