Author: Diana Vale
Four Stars
This is a forbidden romance with an age gap.
Teacher student.
This is the first book I have written by Ms, Vale and I enjoyed it, It was well written and captured the boldness of Cassandra really well, Cassandra being a strong young woman in her freshman year at university is embarking on a world of unknowns but she does know she has a thing for professor Valentine.
Diego Valentine is going through a messy divorce, He has never had anything untoward any student, but there is just something about Cassie,
Will they be able to ignore their feelings
This book is not very long and will be worth the read.
KLH I finished this book, I liked reading it. Professor Valentine: A StudentTeacher Contemporary Romance Novella Kirk University Bookby Diana Vale, This is a new to me author but Im definitely looking forward to seeing more, This is a short read as stated and I still found myself enjoying it just as much as longer reads.
At first I had a little trouble connecting with the characters but that was short lived and when we found our groove I was definitely hooked.
The characters are complex and the storyline is well written and paced nicely even though shorter I still got everything I wanted.
Four and highly recommended, Ready to see what else this author has to offer, Professor Valentine: A StudentTeacher Contemporary Romance Novella by Diana Vale

Professor Valentine: A StudentTeacher Contemporary Romance Novella is the first book in the Kirk University series by Diana Vale.
This is the first book I have read by this author, and I look forward to reading more by her in the future.
This is a short, steamy romance that was well written and flowed smoothly, Ive been on a Novella kick lately and this was a good book that I read in one evening.
Cassie and Diego are great characters with chemistry, This was an overall enjoyable book and I cant wait to see how this new author grows in the next book in this series.
Great book for February, Sizzling agegap romance between young professor and his student,
Writing is great, Plot is good. Romance is shippable. Characters are well written. Only minus point for me is that both MCs seem to have no flaws, They're pretty normal is all other ways, So, having a couple of negative aspects could have made them more relatable, Also, I couldn't quite figure out why they were attracted to eachother,
Kirk uni is the usual university setting that I really liked, Rest of the characters reacted as expected to the forbidden romance angle,
If you're looking for a romance for Valentines month, then this book is perfect,
I'm looking forward to reading Kirk Guys series, I will be honest I was hesitant at first with this novella from Diana Vale, It clearly states it is a StudentTeacher romance so I actually thought about it before starting, However, this book was one I decided to give a chance because new authors and supporting black authors during black history month was important to me and I hate to judge a book simply by its cover/title.
I am glad I
did, It is a short read with a lot to unpack and you feel as if you get an entire full length novel with it.
Yes it is steamy, forbidden, and sometimes as a parent it is difficult to read, but honestly if you look at it from the point of a forbidden love story about anyone can relate.
We all someday when we fall in love, if we werent taught as children, that you cannot help who you fall in love with.
Love is love, and oftentimes, even in my own life, others dont understand the way you make your choices or who you want to be with and why.
That's not for them to judge, I think this book does a good job of keeping it a forbidden tale and is well worth a read for a nightcap.
Professor Valentine: A StudentTeacher Contemporary Romance Novella Kirk University Series Bookby Diana Vale is a story about passionate forbidden love.
I loved the story line and the characters,
Cassie Rodriguez is a Kirk University firstyear psychology undergraduate, She hasn't spoken about love in a long time, She knows now isn't the time to get trapped in a relationship, so she's determined to work and play hard.
Cassie's feelings for her beautiful seminar instructor, Diego Valentine, go beyond platonic studentteacher relationships during tutorials, She knows he feels the same way, and their fiery chemistry is difficult to ignore,
This is the first book of Kirk University and honestly cant wait to read the other ones.
Every page was exciting.

stars. I was pulled right in from the beginning, Cassie had a rough night of partying and tried to go to her first tutorial very hungover.
Lets just say it didnt go very well for her, She managed to embarrass herself in front of her very handsome tutor,
Diego is younger than the usual professor and hot, Something about Cassie intrigues him and he looks forward to tutoring her, They start to get closer and feelings start to develop, Will they be able to keep things professional or will they give in to their feelings
