I'm not such a slow reader that it's taken meyears to read this little book! My own children loved it so much that I soon knew the entire script off by heart then, when my grandson was borndecades ago we dug out the same copy of the book amp it became his favourite bedtime book when he stayed with us fast forwardyears, and a 'bonus' granddaughter has been added to the family: she, too, loves Poppy Pig and I'm pleased to report that after all these years I could still remember every word Poppy and her friend Grunty go to Market.
