great basic book on Rational Emotive Therapy it has some great ideas that I can utilize and use right a way with clients, The therapy is very structured which I don't like because working with people requires figuring out what works for each person, There was not much on what to do about resistant clients especially those that are required to do treatment, The boxes were also placed in inconvenient places sometimes in the middle of paragraphs, Over all I found it very helpful and I will certainly use in in my therapy just had a few problems, The structure problem is a big one though at least for me, This is a second edition of a wellreceived and successful text first published by Oxford in, Designed for both therapistsintraining

and seasoned professionals, the work introduces the basic principles of rationalemotive therapy, explains general therapeutic strategies, and offers many
