Read Online Waki (Calle Pogi, #2) Author Sonia Francesca Contained In Paperback
masaya to It took me days to finish this small book because I have some problem regarding the plot of the story.
This book reminds me of the first book in the series, Buwi, The characters of the two books have similarities, especially the personalities, She changes few holes here and attaches new cheesy lines and so on, Everything had been duplicated completely from the first book,
Jazzy idolize her brother, Bucho, when Bucho decided to leave his job as one of the famous spy and become a political official in Calle Pogi.
She become aware of the fact that his brother's dream and of course hers to, one by one loses its color, So she went and follows her brother in Calle Pogi to investigate why his brother chose Calle Pogi than the FBI.
After that, everything change, she met a guy that will help her realize that the world is too big to be with her brother forever.
It was good and I keep on giggling in the middle of the book, I like the female character being strong, straightforward and boyish, Not a typical girly woman in mids who beg on having a boyfriend, The guy, Waki, he is a famous artist and he is too gay, He is being more feminine, opposite to the female character, He is a gentleman in his own way but it made sense, if you are too gentle you are being gay in the eyes of others.
Uhum!
Two different personalities merge each other created a book that is too funny and very popular to Filipino consumer, and Sonia Francesca made it possible by writing romance
novel with such characters.
In my own point, so far, I manage to observe that Sonia Francesca really have good characters, She is more on the character type, she develops her characters wisely but I find it repetitive, and the scenes or the plot is her weak point.
Nevertheless, she made all her readers escape in reality once they started dancing with the flow of the story,
I have difficulty in identifying character's dialogues in the book, there are some moments that both characters are talking and they exchange dialogues and the other will automatically stop and continue with a very long narration in between.
I have to back read it again to understand, The scenes never struck me since I started reading her works, It was like imagining those characters standing in one small box and keeps on talking for hours and in a minute they shift in the other cupboard.
She is not a drama type too so don't expect that Sonia will tear your heart and keep you crying for nights.
I only read two books of her and I'm still in the middle of knowing her more, maybe she'll change her writing style soon in the other series but I might finish Calle Pogi first.
This series is getting interesting, since the third book is written by Keene Alicante I don't know what surprises Keene can share to her readers.
Love always has its own way to push all the lessons in life,
