Its one of those books I would get for the people I know that read.
There is some wisdom within if you commit to finishing the book I sat the book in one sitting and read most of the night I actually had trouble sleeping even atam because I was so exited from having read it.
The end kind of segues into a sales pitch for coaching but with books like that its pretty common.
