on my shelf, I adore fables, Theyre fun to read and they have good morals to the story,

This edition in particular is definitely the best if you have an elementary school kid who likes pictures more than reading.
Same goes for all of the Great Illustrated Classics though most are more of an abridged version, We saw these books, Great Illustrated Classics, at the library and were excited to read them with Victoria, However we figured she was too young to sit through and followpages, so I grab Aesop's Fables knowing it would have a lot of little stories in it.
We read it in through days and read many of the multiple times, Victoria certainly has favorites and though I don't know that she learn the morals she knows several of the stories very well now.
