read these at the urging of ayear old, They are totally fine for what they are, but they are definitely not written for an adult! Saidyear old really enjoys them, and I've noticed a lot more fairy play around the house lately.
I can't really fault any book that encourages imaginative play, I got drunk off this The Never Girls Collection's smell,
I remember it quite well so maybe the hangover wasn't that intense, In a blink of an eye, the wishes of four best friends come trueNthey're whisked off to Never Land, home to Tinker Bell and her fairy friends.
This attractive box contains the first four Never Girls adventures: "In a Blink, The Space Between, A Dandelion Wish, " and "From the Mist.
" Illustrations. Love these books: So sweet They are so good it is aboutgirls that go to never land and have magical adventures This book was a lot of fun to read with myyear old.
The characters are relateable and the adventure is exciting, I enjoyed that the fairies from the world of Tinkerbell were also in these books, it made the story even more relateable since the names were familiar.
The illustrations were well done and helped keep my daughter focused, Good books
The Never Girls In A Blink by Kiki Thorpe is aboutgirls that are best friends and while they were playing a game they saw a fairy.
But on accident the fairy took the girls to Neverland, I really like this book because it talks about Neverland which I like Peter Pan so there is connection of the same land.
I prefer that this could be more of ath grade book because there words that the reader has to understand.
One of my comfort books, This book was interesting but definitely not my type, I enjoyed the little pictures in the book even though I thought it was more for kids younger than me, The book was too short and too girly for me, I never went on to the second book, I honestly did not really like this book, I also did not understand why there was a Tinker Bell and Fawn from Disney's Tinker Bell movie, It was very magical. Typed by KI miss neverland This collection of books is about two sisters, along with the older sisters two friends.
These books are fun, but overall lack whimsy and suspense, They are pretty basic books, and while they are about the girls snd their adventures in neverland with the fairies, the plots revolve more around the human characters and their cooperation or noncooperation as the case may be at times with each other.
My daughter and I did have fun reading these books, they just aren't our favorite, They lack a certain spark, A magical story literally. It was very interesting and cool, I enjoyed it. I gave this astar because I read it with myyear old and she
loved them! They are fun quick stories Congratulations!!
Its a good bock, its very interesting.
Graciela is presently reading this series and is almost done bookthe series presently goes to book!! She seems to really like the books and what I love about them is that they take her longer to read as there is more text, less pictures.
So themore books she has to read should take her a decent chunk of time instead of the few days other series can take.
Graciela chose these books for herself from Calgary Reads Books Sale, She loves to 'collect' so was attracted to the full box set and then liked the theme of a group of girls going to Never Land.
She likened the family aspect/girls age spread to the girl's in The Penderwicks, Fun read with the kiddo Love This Tale of Fairies and Little girls
Very endearing, sweet, interesting and Different
Smiles
I love all the characters and their adventurous ways
An easy read with the pictures and the short chapters
I could never really get into this series and force myself to read it as a kid, boring :/ KIKI THORPE has written or adapted over fifty books for children.
