on Jazs Warriors (Bondmates, #2)

fun romp with aliens, polyamory relationships, sex in any possible permutation, instalust, instalove, obvious villains who get their comeuppance, and love that triumphs in the end.

Bought from kobo It was a nice story but it has a lot of gaps, The story begins with the event and we get to know her family and that is nice to know but there is nothing about how she met her husbands.
. . I would have liked a flashback about that, .

This book can be read as a standalone, but for the most enjoyment of the series it should be read in order.

Growing up in Harlem, Jaz Brooks never imagined that there would be a day where she'd have two smoking hot alien husbands, Mavet and Xentix, who worshiped her.
Or that she would be living on a Kadothian spaceship stationed on one of Saturn's moons as an Earth Ambassador.
And she certainly never imagined her bondmates would be encouraging her to take a third husband, but that's exactly what's happening.

Tandar Glycin has been fighting the Hive in the distant Bel'Tan galaxy for so long now he'd given up hope of ever finding his Matriarch.
When word reaches him that his blood brother, Mavet, has bonded an Earth female Tandar is both elated and worried.
Vicious rumors abound in the Bel'Tan galaxy about how horrible Earth women are and he worries that Mavet has taken a monster as his wife.
When he first meets Jaz he quickly realizes that not all of the stories are true, and that the Lord of Life has blessed him with a kind, beautiful, and feisty alyah who is going to make him work to win her heart.

Warning This story is set in the Bel'Tan galaxy where polyamorous relationships are the norm and love in all of its forms is accepted including M/M, M/M/F, M/M/M/F sexual situations hot enough to melt your panties.

The faint of the heart beware! My oh my, can I freely admit that this one series sets my heart racing and my mind going to other ideas that might not be entirely proper and innocent.
As the second instalment in the Bondmates series, Jaz's Warriors steps it up a notch by placing our heroine, Jaz Brooks, as an ambassador for Earth who grew up in Harlem.
Very quickly, readers are treated to hot as sin scenes with her soon to be mates, aliens Mavet and Xentis, who all create a bond between one another.
As time passes and they get closer, Jaz is encouraged to take on Tandar Glycen, Mavet's blood brother, as a third husband.
I've mentioned it at the beinning this is not for the faint of heart: with her men surrounding her, Jaz is living a polyamourous lifestyle which can be difficult for those who aren't comfortable with the aspect to enjoy, but the chemistry between each of the characters, whether they are malemale or male female, is scorching! The novel is a mixture of what I would best describe as a science fictionromance genre with a space traveling theme, and yet I still found aspects that were realistic, that can appeal to many readers.
Ann Mayburn has always been one of my top followed authors since I picked up her Submissive's Wish and Wicked Nanny's Club series, and as the Bondmates series continues, I can honestly say that it only gets better, hotter and more entertaining as it goes.

Jaz's story is a novella, which I found to be a good length, It's a quick steamy read, Jaz and her husbands are mentioned in the first book so it was fun to get a quick story about them.
This is a good addition to the series Love it when the bad guys gets what they deserve amp bitch of a motherinlaw Loved this little look into a character I instantly wanted to know more about from Casey's Warriors.
Can't imagine all the changes that come from realizing you're destined for more and having it tested from those you're trying to save.
Then comes another love and you realize as your heart grows so does her strength, Nice steamy quick read. WoW awesomebook !

What's better then one alien maybe three I couldn't stop reading this ! The author was able to bring it to life with her words ! You could feel the chemistry between Jaz and her bondmates.
I promise if you like a menage story you'll absolutely love this one !!!!! Jazs Warriors, the second book in the Bondmates series, gave great insight into a character that was introduced in the first book: Caseys Warriors.
The book takes place after Caseys Warriors but explains more of the Kadothian Matriarchal society, And due to the unstable wormhole that brought the Kadothians to Earth, their courting, and courting protocols had to be adjusted for the earthlings.
Matriarchs are important and necessary to the Kadothian race because they protect the warriors from the threat of the Hive.
The Hive are women with no emotions or empathy who only gain pleasure through torturing and killing others,

Jazmine Brooks is one of the first earthlings that bonded with a Kadothian male and also bonded/married Tandar, a second man.
Polyamorous relationships are the normal for Kadothians and something greatly desired by Kadothian males, Earthlings also have to make the tough decision to leave their friends, family, and their planet to be with their soulmates and get past the morals and society norms that are taught on Earth.
Jaz is an ambassador on the Kadothian reaping ship, where she helps with the cultural differences between the Kadothians and their earth brides.
Although an ambassador, Jaz must confront her own issues regarding the way she was raised on Earth, One of them being that love in all forms is acceptable, Once bonded, they “feel” each other body, mind, and soul! The bonding also seems to awaken various psychic abilities within the Earth females.
Earth brides cause many rumors to run rampant along with antiEarth movements made in fear, While being courted by one of her bondmates blood brothers, Jaz must also face another trial while keeping her family together.

I recommend reading these books in order, Caseys Warriors describes The Event that brought the Kadothian reaping ship near Jupiter and Saturn, Jazs Warriors is a fast read that was impossible for me to put down, The characters are far from perfect, The imperfections make it for a fun read, Between the cultural differences, the new Kadothian protocols that must be learned, and the earthlings slang, Ann brings her world to life! I felt like I was on the reaping ship myself, I worried along with Jaz and her bondmates when Jaz had to face the high council, and I wanted to have a talk with Tandar myself for jumping to conclusions.
This author has the most amazing ability to pull you into the world she creates with ease, She did not disappoint me in the slightest bit with Jazs Warriors, and I cannot wait for the next in the series about Paige.
Jazs Warriors, actually the Bondmates series as a whole, is something I will read again and again, .
