If you want to know how to start a business this is a good book to read! Ive personally startedbusinesses and have been part of teams that have started a dozen more.
Ive failed in many of them and had wild success in a few, I know how hard it is to put in the work to succeed in business so it came as a shock to me that this author is so nonchalant about what you need to do to start your business.
If you were to follow this authors advice, I fear that the steps may be completed but the mindset and discipline required would still be sorely missing from your playbook.

Actionable advice:
Look before you launch,
While you may have visions of a launch party for your new business, complete with balloons and ads in the local press, this is a risky approach.
Ask yourself if you really have the capacity to deal with hundreds of potential customers descending on you in your first fortyeight hours, You never get a second chance to make a first impression, and if you havent found your feet yet then you may struggle to give your customers an experience that leaves them wanting more.
So think before you launch it could be better to start quietly, and let word of mouth slowly do its magic, ” Decent book for anyone looking to start a small etsy style business with no experience Ok principles, Nothing revolutionary. Really should be founded.
